A complete waste of money. Was expecting something cooler but it looks like cheap junk!

My granddaughter seemed to really enjoy the colorful bouncy balloons and well padded climbing structures. There were activity puzzles on the wall. The clerk was friendly and checked to make sure we were having fun. She was 5 star. There is a snack bar. And restrooms available. They offer birthday party programs and more. An hour was perfect.

Instead of accommodating or having a discussion. The young women decided to power trip and called security to kick us out and cancel my nieces birthday. On top of that they would not refund us the money!! Stay away from this place at all cost! Update : The owners were not present during this incident. So the owner and their employees are obviously fabricating details about the incident. In response to the owner, the owner is a liar. I never swore at the girl when they said my daughter could not enter. There was no argument, just a request to make an exception. They refused, and We immediately left and returned much later. Great experience here at the Peppa Pig World of Play Chicago…read more When visiting Chicago, we had to make the trek to Woodfield Mall to visit Peppa Pig World of Play for our Peppa-Pig loving 5 year-old. We were able to get tickets via the AAA discounted website for $15 for children and $6 for adults. We arrived at around 10:30am on a Tuesday morning and the place was practically empty. After scanning our tickets and getting our wrist bands, we proceeded to the play area. The play area contains multiple areas themed with different characters such as Rebecca Rabbit's Burrow, Grandpa Pig's Garden, Peppa Pig's House, Madam Gazelle's Bus, Duck Pond, and Dinosaur Dig. The interactive Muddy Puddle jumping screen was pretty cool. There is a small snack shop as well as some tables and seating nearby. The bathroom was clean at the time of our visit. While there were some stained/dirty carpet throughout the space...the rest of the space was in good condition. The staff members we encountered were welcoming and friendly. The store is a bit pricey...but what attraction-based souvenir shop isn't! While we had a great time...I can only imagine how chaotic this space would be during peak weekend times...choose your time accordingly to avoid the crowds if possible.

My understanding was we were allowed to stay for one hour, and it was well worth the nominal admission fee! It had all the best components of a park, with lots of attention being focused on exploration and discovery. I did not see any swings, but there was plenty to climb on and signs posted everywhere encouraging the parents to not be helicopter parents... to let their child explore and try to problems solve on their own. There was a man-made creek running through one edge of the park and half the children were in bathing suits and had shovels and buckets with them. My grandkids declared it the best park they've ever visited! The playground is attached to a large piece of land that has tons of walking paths and picnic areas along with nice bathrooms and an educational nature center! It would be very easy to spend the better part of a day here!

What a waste of time!…read more So we have passes to Legoland in Florida and with our pass one of our benefits is we get to go to all other attractions they own in America so we were like why not come here it's something new! Upon arrival we went to the front desk where their employee started off immediately telling us we can't go in because we don't have a kid which we were unaware of and that didn't really matter to us because we go to parks and attractions all over the world it's part of what we do I said this to her and she instantly started like shaming us for wanting to come here which I don't understand why as yes there are kids attractions but there's also a 4D cinema as well as a dark ride from what I can see online and those alone would be cool to experience because why not. So it does say you have to have a kid on their website where you buy tickets which is something that we didn't check because we already have a pass benefit to come here which when we bought the passes it doesn't say anywhere that you have to have a kid to come here it just has a list of attractions we can get into! That right there needs to be explained better to the point of why are we paying for benefits that we can't use? Like I said we visit and experience attractions for all ages all over the world and it was a bummer not being able to come here just for that reason alone as us seeing what their is to do here isn't hurting anyone it actually would have been in their benefit to let us experience it as we have many friends with kids in the area as well as well as those who travel to attractions all over so now when we get asked how our experience was we will let them know not to go here and by the other Yelpers reviews I can tell that it's only a matter of time until this place closes their doors along with the rest of the business dying in the area. Overall the vibe with their employee was very awkward and this whole experience was a total waste of our time!

It's hard to find a redeeming quality about this place. I can easily list everything you'll find…read moreinside: - an admittedly impressive large recreation of Chicago with a ton of Easter eggs to be found - a really small jungle section with like three large animals built out - a virtual reality ride that costs extra - a ride/game where you shoot at targets and projector screens as you go through the ride - a helicopter kind of ride that goes around like a merry-go-round and you can go up and down - a little indoor playground - a 10-ish minute 4D movie (so 3D glasses, wind blows on you, a little water sprays on you) - a few free build areas with Lego and Duplo - a little cafe - a Lego store on your way out That reads like a lot, right? I mean, it's fine for a couple hours, but it's really not worth the price of admission. If you have a kid who is of an age that might like this, you're probably better off going to one of those indoor playground where they only charge per child and not adult. The literal only thing of interest to an adult here would be the Chicago display, older kids will probably get bored too easily, and younger kids will probably play most with the indoor playground like mine did. Don't be fooled - this is nothing like the large Legoland theme parks elsewhere. The Dave & Busters in the same strip mall has more to do than here. Heck the furniture store is bigger. Maybe if you have cheap or free tickets it's an ok way to kill time, but don't make a trip out of it.
