The first thing you need to do is scan a QR code on your phone and fill out a waiver. Once that is done you wait in line. They have a 2 hour jump pass which includes socks for $27.99 (not including tax) I posted a photo so you can see the options. For the same price you can get a monthly pass. We selected the monthly pass. If you only want to do one month, you need to cancel 72 hours before the renewal date. There are several different color socks and they give you one pair when you pay for the monthly pass. There was a lot of birthday parties going on so there were plenty of kids for my daughter to play with. I thought 2 hours would tire her out but she wanted to stay longer. I posted several videos so you can see what you're able to do. If you buy the monthly pass, you have to check in every-time and they give you a colored wrist band. Everyone has a colored wrist band and the color you get depends on the time you show up. Every 15 minutes they make an announcement letting you know which color wrist band is done and needs to exit the play area. We will try to go a few time this month and check in. They have a small snack shop and you can buy water, popcorn chicken, nachos, cotton candy, ice cream, pizza... just to name a few. My daughter had a great time. Hope you will give this place a try too.

This skyzone is quite nice! Opened just this past November and it is still nice and well functioning. The bathrooms though could have been better cleaned. They have a great younger kids climbing activity area, large slides, basketball court, ninja courses, large foam pit with other obstacles on it. There are private party rooms with all glass outer front wall entrance. Overall a nice Skyzone with lots of variety of things for the kids to do.

It's a festival that has vendors ranging from the more arts and crafts end of the spectrum to fine art. There were lots of different categories of art represented, including photography, painting, jewelry, and then of course different forms within each category of art such as oil, paintings, watercolor, etc. There were crafts, including handmade hats, knit and felted items and other textiles and fiber art. There were folks selling soaps, a booth was selling plants and moss art, and a couple booths selling fudge and another selling cookies and baked goods. They had quite a few food trucks as well, at least half a dozen of different types, so a little bit of something for everybody. It was pretty extensive. At first glance when you come through the main entrance, it seems it's just a few booths that they have use their parking lot to host, but it goes all the way towards the back of the building down by the little pond and the grassy area. There were well over 100 artists showcasing their works here. They had a local blacksmith here with an outdoor forge both selling and demoing, and per their booth they also host classes if you are interested in learning how to forge metal here in the suburbs. Inside the art center building, they had cocktails and wine and alcoholic beverages. I believe they also had children's activities, but I'm not sure where those may have been. They had at least two spots with musicians, as we passed by someone playing a steel drum and then in another area saw someone playing the hammered dulcimer as well. Parking--at least this year--was directly across the street at the school district building, though it's possible that's not typical (I thought I saw some reference to construction changing the parking situation). There were Schaumburg police officers directing traffic to allow people to safely cross the road at various intervals. We went early to avoid crowds and to have the easiest time with parking and were successful on both counts, and were here about an hour. I really liked that this art fair is a bit more of a home grown fair and not one of the ones from local production company, since I see some of the same artists at those ones and I like that none of the artists I saw today were familiar.

The quality of the performances was always very high. The stage can be rented out by local theater companies to be used for their production. Outside of the building is a bandshell where concerts are help during the summer. One the day that my husband and I were there, there were people taking wedding pictures and quincenera pictures on the grounds in front of the pond that is there. There are also sculptures and art on the ground to be seen and take pictures of. I highly recommend the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts.

Well, I went and got the typical scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and a bandanna. While this location offers the same breakfast items as the Hampton Inn and Embassy Suites, at this Garden Inn location, you have to pay $16.80. They had a man go around filling your coffee mug and getting your food, but again, it's the standard free breakfast items you'd find at other Hilton chains, which explains why we met up and got the items ourselves. Needless to say, the next morning, I went to a local place for breakfast and paid less than $10.00. Next, I checked in late Monday and went to Jewel Osco for work items: a case of water and snacks to keep my team focused and uplifted. Well, after returning, I found out that a water main had broken, flooding some lower-level rooms, and that the fire marshal had shut down the elevators. The manager got two staff members to help me with my grocery bags since I was on the third floor. He told me that he could book me into another hotel. Still, if anyone knows anything about the Chicagoland area, the bedbug capital of the US, it is Chicago, followed by Cleveland and Detroit. So, no, without researching, I'm not moving to another hotel. Besides, has anyone read my Embassy Suites review that mentioned black mold being painted over? By Wednesday, the elevator still wasn't working when I checked out. It was a pain bringing down my hug roller bags, computer bag, and tools, but at least I'm not bringing critters with me. The final issue was that the showerhead in the bathroom was pointed directly at the toilet, so the entire floor got soaked and became a slip hazard. Someone obviously didn't think that through! But wait, one more issue, the reading lamp didn't work; that was close to my bed. On a good note, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean, so three out of five stars.

My wife and I were in town for our annual June trip to Chicago, and have used this hotel multiple times now. We also used points for my brother and his son's shorter stay. It averaged about 5,000 points (worth about $50) per night, which is about as good as you can get these days. Pluses: -- It's a Hyatt House, which means meant for longer stays. All rooms has a kitchenette, with electric cook tops (along with full set of pots and pans, plates, and utensils), apartment size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sink. This allowed us to eat-in one night, and could clean up after ourselves. There is also a living area with decent TV, with a sofa for extra space. The AC/heating worked well from a wall mounted thermostat. -- they introduced an omelet station for breakfast (weekdays only), which I took advantage of twice during our stay. A lot of effort was made in preparing the various ingredients (onions, green peppers, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, bacon crumbles, cheese, sausage). It was the best tasting omelet I've ever had a complementary hotel breakfast buffet. They also have the newer auto pancake machines (which we first saw at a Holiday Inn, earlier this month). And for whatever reason, the bagels provided tasted really good. -- We worked with Antonio at the front desk, and he really is great. He actually remembered us from one year ago, and tried his best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Minuses: -- definitely showing it's age, especially in its rooms. Built in 1999, it underwent a renovation in 2015 (making the common spaces really nice), but the rooms not so much. Both rooms had carpet and it had major stains, to the point of the walking areas not feeling 'clean' and having to use sandals to walk around in our room. -- double beds in rooms are rare here. -- as before, the shower pressure is not good. -- the toilet had a leaky valve, resulting in it refilling it's tank abruptly...not a big deal except it would wake us up since it made the noise as if the toilet was being flushed.

First off the portion size are very generous- one entree is large enough for 2 people for hard and in this day and age I truly commend the restaurant for doing this, it was noticed and def appreciated. The Caesar salad is truly such a classic salad, the oil dressing and grated cheese on top is perfectly balanced, it felt refreshing yet very savory as well. The rigatoni pasta was so so yummy. The orange sauce was very hearty. Last but not least the 4 cheese ravioli was W-O-W. I mean the consistency of the sauce just blew me away, and the pistachio pesto?! Genius. It was soo good I had to not lick the sauce off the plate (might still do for take out nights). Cant wait to come back and try more dishes! Service- Both times we made revelations on open table. We were seated very quickly. The waiters were very polite, gave great suggestions. Extra point for when we told them we were sharing, they made sure the dish was split onto two plates. Again, the effort and attention was really noticed and very admirable. Ambiance- It may be a chain but this place has such a classic Italian feel. From the decor the colors and even choices on the menu, very well thought out. The place is renovated and very clean and over ambiance is romantic. It def has more of an adult restaurant feel, as it's quite classy. Don't wait noisy kids to ruin the vibes. Great place for date night, girls night out, anniversary party etc. You guys blew me away. Despite having a reservation confirmed three weeks in advance and receiving a confirmation call that same morning, our party was not seated until 4:30 PM for a 4:00 PM booking. My husband and I checked in with the host starting at 3:55 PM, only to receive vague, dismissive responses like 'we're working on it.' Worse, the host displayed an unprofessional attitude, stating 'I have already told you in a few minutes' and was seen talking to other hosts about how upset our group was. When I finally spoke with a manager, Don M., his response was unsettling. Rather than apologizing for the 30-minute delay, he simply told me 'I am not kicking you out,' which felt incredibly unprofessional and dismissive for a milestone celebration. After we were seated, Don M. never returned to check on us or acknowledge the delay. Fortunately, Assistant Manager Luis Martinez and our servers, Marco and Georgina, completely saved the day. Luis came to our table to check on us personally, and Marco and Georgina were excellent, accommodating our large group's orders perfectly. If it weren't for their professional care, I would not return to this location." I truly hope that you consider looking into this matter as I have seen and witnessed how rude and unprofessional the host was yesterday not only to our party but to other guests checking in. It was a busy day for graduation parties and I just hope that they were all treated right.
