Spent my niece's 1st birthday here and who knew that even adults can play. I ha e always thought that this would just be for kids but out party was more adulta than kids. It waa so much fun! I wiah i had more time to try everything but i ho eatly juat spent the time playing with my niece and going to stuff she can go on. I will drfinitely come back to try the slides and everything. Its a good place to celebrate birthdays especially if the kids can enjoy them! Happy playing!

The first thing you need to do is scan a QR code on your phone and fill out a waiver. Once that is done you wait in line. They have a 2 hour jump pass which includes socks for $27.99 (not including tax) I posted a photo so you can see the options. For the same price you can get a monthly pass. We selected the monthly pass. If you only want to do one month, you need to cancel 72 hours before the renewal date. There are several different color socks and they give you one pair when you pay for the monthly pass. There was a lot of birthday parties going on so there were plenty of kids for my daughter to play with. I thought 2 hours would tire her out but she wanted to stay longer. I posted several videos so you can see what you're able to do. If you buy the monthly pass, you have to check in every-time and they give you a colored wrist band. Everyone has a colored wrist band and the color you get depends on the time you show up. Every 15 minutes they make an announcement letting you know which color wrist band is done and needs to exit the play area. We will try to go a few time this month and check in. They have a small snack shop and you can buy water, popcorn chicken, nachos, cotton candy, ice cream, pizza... just to name a few. My daughter had a great time. Hope you will give this place a try too.

This skyzone is quite nice! Opened just this past November and it is still nice and well functioning. The bathrooms though could have been better cleaned. They have a great younger kids climbing activity area, large slides, basketball court, ninja courses, large foam pit with other obstacles on it. There are private party rooms with all glass outer front wall entrance. Overall a nice Skyzone with lots of variety of things for the kids to do.

She seemed incredibly confused and panicked by the request. After a while of messing around by her computer she told me that she is new and apologized for the inconvenience and the wait. I asked why management let her work by herself if she's inexperienced and she laughed and said she didn't know. After a long while of messing around and help from another employee we finally got the tickets we needed as well as the required socks. The actual park was fun and interesting with lots of obstacles and courses, and the party I was with seemed to enjoy their time. However when we got our food it was also a complete mess. Same situation. Untrained staff very quick to throw management under the bus. It seems they hire mostly teenagers, but maybe it was just the day we went. I hope management trains their staff more, because if they did this would have been a very fun night out. Staff was nice either way. Fun park just ran in strange ways.

Can I do this without spending a fortune? In the case of Jump Town, the answer to all 3 is: YES When you walk in, you'll remove your shoes, sign a waiver and pay your entry fee ($13 during the week, $15 on weekends). What's nice is that the price includes two free adults per child. Inside, you'll find massive bounce houses and trampolines designed to burn off all that preschool energy. Everything is free with the exception of a couple of video games or air hockey. There's a small room in the back with some building materials for kids who like to do that. There's a small fenced-in area with small play structures for really little kids. They do have a snack stand available, but you can bring your own food. They have 2 women's bathrooms and 1 for men. There are party rooms available. I think the right age for this place is 3-6. When we were there on a Sunday, there were a couple of bigger kids who don't really know how to watch out for little ones, so if your kid is on the small side, you might need to keep a close eye on them. If you'd like to save money, you can get a 10-pack of visits for $100. You'll probably be back, so this is a great value, especially if you have more than one kid.

They have a ball pit which was really fun and adults can also go on the trampolines and ball pit area too which is great if you want to be with your kid at all times. After my little one played for a while we went to check out the food and bought some popcorn and a green apple slushy. The staff at the food counter that took our order was very friendly. I know we can all have a bad day sometimes and get overwhelmed but we really had a nice time here and I would recommend everyone to try it.

My kids and I have never been here. We were told by friends who went to the orland park location…read morethat they had all these amazing attractions my kids would love, so we went. We looked at the website for info on pricing, hours and so forth. We get to the venue, walk up to the counter to purchase the ULTIMATE (highest tier) ticket and notice a sign on the front desk that was NOT advertised on the website! 5 BIG attractions were "not working". Bowling was completely gone due to construction, dodge ball, and more. Again! None of this advertised or else I would have went elsewhere. Now the real problem starts with the staff here! This establishment got really busy with smaller kids that followed the 58" and under height requirement. Now I am all for kids of all ages enjoying spring break and what not.... Until they become reckless. There was a group of 10 boys clearly in their teens running through this place like a tornado! They were getting addressed by parent after parent after parent! They were whipping little kids in the face with balls in the ball pit, they were whipping ADULTS with these balls while trying to hit every kid in sight! They were climbing ABOVE the structures where you're clearly not supposed to go. Not only is it a danger to them but it was a danger to all of the kids they were dropping down into the ball pit on!!! When they were yelled at by adults, they'd mouth off. When we informed management for the 3rd of 4th time, (two girls that could not have been much older than the boys who were causing an issue) they were walking towards the boys giggling. Multiple parents watched this play out unfortunately. All these "handsome young men" were laying the charm on thick all while laughing, smiling and of course talking their way out of getting reprimanded... soon the managers were smiling and giggling with them and just like that! There went the managers and the boys back to terrorizing little kids and knocking everyone around in every attraction, but this time more cocky because they just got out of getting kicked out. Finally, after being confronted ANOTHER time about these teenagers, the managers were yelled at again as to why these boys were still here while still doing the same thing after hitting a mom in the face with a ball. All these moms stood by and told management to stop flirting with these boys, to do their job, and kick these boys out! The girls proceeded to do so, while having difficulty and stating numerous times, they aren't listening to them and or leaving......( Urban Air, train your management what to do in situations like this and hire older management that will be older than the people they may have to potentially kick out!!!) After 4 hours of trying to get them out, they were finally gone while yelling see you tomorrow babe to management... Next: concession stands! 1. It was spring break and this place was EXTREMELY understaffed! Always plan to be busy rather than slow and be struggling to keep up. 2. I'm sorry and don't want to assume anything but this kid with extremely curly longer hair seemed like he was stoned and or didn't know what he was doing. They were out of EVERYTHING! Spring break and NOTHING was stocked or made. He used his bare hands, he then went to make a pretzel because they were out, and fondled it so much while presenting it to a mom friend of mine, it had finger holes in it. I watched him drop someone's cheese on the ground, pick it up, and handed it right to him! Someone in front of me asked if they had popcorn and he goes "I don't know if we have any, there's non in there". The mom in front of me then asked if he could make some more and he just looked at her with confusion! I brought 3 kids here (1 being a baby) I asked a staff member where the changing tables were at and he informed me "he didn't know because they're remodeling and he doesn't know where or if they put them back up yet". None of the hand dryers were working, all the bathrooms smelt like urine & etc. Will not be coming back to this location . Higher management needs to get in here and clean this place up!

I like that the facility was an ample size but not so big as to be hard to find my kids when they're off playing. I see that several reviews mentioned unsanitary conditions or closed restrooms. That was not the case when we visited this weekend. I am sensitive to cleanliness, but I felt quite satisfied that this Get Air was appropriately sanitary. The highlight of our experience was we were approached by the general manger, Dan. He asked how my two boys and I were doing. At that moment, my son who had been invited there was sad and feeling left out by his friend group. I told Dan this and he immediately asked us to follow him because he had something for my son. He promptly led us to the snack area and told my son to pick out whatever snack he wanted. Oh boy did this turn a hard situation into something really wonderful! He also offered a snack to my other son. What a wonderful gift of unexpected kindness! I learned that Dan is new to Get Air as of October 2021. I noticed that the previous poor reviews were prior to Dan's employment there. I have a strong suspicion that he has made a big difference at this location during his tenure there! Way to go, Dan!

She also let me bring in my coffee, gave me a the wi-fi password and I got to catch up on my TV shows as the kids bounced around for 2 hours. The kids could have easily stayed longer, the time went by really fast for them. They are already begging to go back - but I did warn them that it is very unlikely to be as empty as it was today. But in any case, overall a really great experience. So happy that the kids finally did something athletic, active, and without screens - so thus a great review!
