The owner/operator is there serving hot made to order dogs. He is closed Wednesday and Sunday (makes sense as his booth is in the parking lot of a church). It appeared to be a popular local spot, we were the only tourists, and listened to the local chatter. We both ordered the Portuguese dog, which is large, with cheese. He fries it right on the grilled bun. We took ours over to the local park, he wrapped them in foil for us. The dogs were $10 each, and we probably should have shared. For the pricy island, a good deal for lunch!
