    Bought two cars today with Randy. Such a great experience. Transparent pricing, efficient process, even the trade in valuation was fair and without any back and forth. The whole experience was excellent. Ask for Randy. Couldn't have been better.

    How I saved $300+

    We purchased our present vehicle from this dealer back in 2014. Overall, we have been pleased with our car's reliable performance and the quality of customer service. But once our warranty expired and we had to start paying for previously-covered work out-of-pocket, the service department's fees seemed excessive. We also wondered whether all of the work they performed was absolutely necessary. Here's a case in point: The driver-side seatbelt buckle was not releasing easily when the button was pressed (otherwise the belt retracted normally). We had to bring the car in anyway to address an unrelated issue, so we asked if they would take a look at the buckle. I coyly suggested that perhaps it needed nothing more a squirt of WD-40, but the advisor said a technician would need to make that determination. Well, after examining it, they said the buckle needed to be replaced. They quoted $100 for the new part and $200+ for labor because the driver-side seat would need to be removed to replace the part. We prudently declined. Searching online, it took me less than one minute to find a genuine Lexus replacement buckle for our vehicle. The cost? $10.47 (plus labor, natch). To make a long story short, I did not order this part. A 1/2-second squirt of WD-40 into the buckle completely fixed the problem that Woodfield Lexus was going to charge us $300+ to fix! I love stories with happy endings. Of course, we will continue to bring our car here for service on proprietary (i.e. intelligent) devices that require Lexus expertise. I continue to give this dealership high marks for their professionalism and immaculate facilities, and we will likely purchase our next car from here. But for routine maintenance tasks such as inspections, oil changes, tire rotation, brake pad replacement, etc. and straightforward repairs, we have switched to a dependable and highly skilled mechanic (average 5-star rating on Yelp) who charges considerably less for these services.

    I purchased a 2018 BMW M5 from Woodfield Lexus for around $70,000 dollars. After signing the papers, the salesman opened the trunk and showed me the factory exhaust was in it. When I got home, I realized they were the catalytic converters! The next day I took the car to BMW and they wanted $3,500 dollars to install them. Then the car broke down in the middle of the road, the dash went black and all electronics shut off. It restarted and ran fine. I told the salesman and asked if they would take it back, he said they didn't take cars back and it was probably just bad gas, because that causes electrical issues. They also said they wouldn't pay $3,500 to have the catalytic converters reinstalled and I should shop for a cheaper price, then they would pay. Later, I took the car to BMW and found out the ECU had also been modified and would not pass the smog check in my state. That's another $300 to fix. Selling a car without catalytic converters is against federal law. It's against the state law to drive a car like this in IL. The offense comes under Class 4 felony in Illinois, which includes charges such as DUI, driving with an invalid license, or automobile theft. When I told them I wanted to return the car and if they wanted to avoid litigation they should take it back, they just replied, "Our user car manager said you were fine with the car when you took it. You knew it had aftermarket exhaust." I did not know it was illegal to drive, unable to be registered in my state, or would cost $3,800 to fix and register in my state! They act like they did nothing wrong because I said I was fine with it before I knew how bad it was, and now I'm just with a 70k dollar chunk of metal I cannot register/drive legally on the road. They also didn't seem to care at all that the expensive car they just sold me broke down within 24 hours. Their best offer was to take the car to presumably, the cheapest shop they could find, to have it "fixed". This is an expensive car and it should be fixed correctly at a BMW dealership.

    I had a great experience at this Lexus dealership. The staff was very friendly I dealt with Paul while I was there. I brought him a difficult scenario with a trade-in, and he and his manager, Robert helped me. I was very happy with the outcome, but I came from three hours away. Before that, I called Paul. He made sure to have the vehicle ready for me when I showed up. Paul was very polite,kind, respectful, and not pushy to make you do a deal that you're not comfortable with. He had let me know that there were a couple of dings and dents on the car before even driving out there. I mean, it was a 2014 Cadillac Escalade, so it was going to have a little bit of imperfections. They were being as transparent as possible with me before I even drove there. The dealership was very nice inside. But I'm so happy with my new SUV I can't thank Paul enough. Also, he can take a joke lol. I would shop there again. Thanks again, Paul.

    Dont leave your car therd they take parts and tell you a diagnostic cost $900. Everytime you get the car back it runs worse.

Just a bunch of amateurs running a shit place in which engines and transmissions are laying around in mud, cars are on top of each other, doors are piled up full of scratches. Not to mention coming from far and they telling you that parts are available and in good condition and when you there they say to you that they are not available. Upon I insisted to double check they said they have the car with the parts I needed and to go and check the condition before I make a decision. Well decision was pretty easy: they were super damaged and not in the condition I was told they are Please avoid at any cost that place. Will save your time, money and stress.

    I purchased an engine from Global Auto recycling. The Engine had internal issues and requested a…read morereplacement. Replacement engine also had internal issues. Contacted Global Auto and staff gave me the run around. I ask to speak to Joe, and he denied the issues with the engines. I observed that he has the engines in the open not protected from the elements. I elected to purchase the engine else ware and requested my money back. Joe said no money back just credit. Joe is a Lier and a cheat and should not be trusted. He is selling damaged parts to the public and then does not honor his own policies of giving a refund. I will be contacting the attorney general about his business practices. He is a thief.

They just don't do spray in bedliner's they also do accessories and a ton of other services I was able to find out a few other things I'd like to do to the truck going back in spring time for the under coding and adding step rails and a few other things. If you're looking for a ways to get good work done at a reasonable price by competent people this is your place.

    Line-X Linings - Roselle, Illinois ... 4 stars: When it comes to spray-in bed liners for pickup…read moretrucks, there are really only two major operators ... Rhino Linings and Line-X Linings. In my last pickup I used Rhino Linings and was happy with the result. For my new pickup I thought I would investigate the market further ... and that is how I got to Line-X Linings. When shopping it is always interesting to see how telephone questions generate interest. Bed linings are somewhat of a fill-in business for most applicators ... they are all franchisees and do the work generally as part of another operation - meaning sometimes they don't pay much attention. So I started calling around on Rhino and Line-X. For three different calls, no one answered the telephone ... all I got was an answering service - this always makes me feel that it is a one-man operation. But for Line-X Linings of Roselle (they just moved here from Bartlett) there was an actual human being who answered the telephone. I called twice, and two different people (Steve and Sam) answered - so I had found a business that did pickup bed linings as more than a sideline. I decided to go with the Roselle operation of Line-X. First of all they asked questions when I called ... they quoted a price but not a general one-price-fits-all number. They asked if I wanted the lining over or under the rails ... which changes they price. They also quoted an out-the-door price that seemed reasonable. So I booked a time slot to have the work done. They produced what they promised and on time. I will update later as to how the lining holds up ... but the Line-X people at Roselle were very good to work with. Recommended thus far.
