Waited about 10 min for someone to come out from the back. He refused to sell them to me and said they were for commercial clients only. He said they are intense batteries and as such couldn't sell them to me. He said he had some house brand batteries instead that were the same but could be sold to consumers and were even cheaper! So he runs around the store and grabs a different six pack of the exact same type of battery. He goes to ring them up and it's $22. I'm like what the hell? He apologies, walks around the counter, goes to where the batteries I grabbed originally were, takes the $3.99 price tag off the wall, crumples it up and put it in his pocket. He then comes back around the counter to tell me he won't reduce the price from $22. WTH? It was like being in the twilight zone.

Overall here is my experience. I would rate this location…read morewith 5 stars but customer service is questionable. My battery for my 2016 Prius was showing signs of being at the end of its life. The process was pretty seamless, however despite telling everyone my car hadn't thrown codes, but the battery was not lasting much. When I bought my car in and had already paid the invoice they wanted to check again. Car was done really fast, at first I noticed the new battery was lasting a lot longer but within a week the fan started kicking on a lot for cooling. With every trip it's not lasting as much and the fan is getting louder. I notified the shop, and agreed to give it another week or so. When I finally got in touch with customer service and eventually the warranty department they informed me that even though the battery was less then a month old unless the system is throwing codes, there's nothing they can do. So hopefully it holds on, but if it does die quick, I am going to say "told you so!" Debating if I would go back after this, I do have another hybrid and I'm sure this battery won't last forever regardless. Oh well

Greentec said that if we could come to them, they could diagnose the issue for free and if they couldn't fix it, it would be not cost us anything. Turned out it was just the battery and they fixed it in about 20 minutes. We are so appreciative of how clear and easy they made the whole process. Would recommend highly to anyone needing help with their hybrid or electric vehicle!
