Unbelievably rude. Didn't even want to have to write this review, but when I called to speak with…read morethe manager the assistant manager John hung up on me. I came in the morning with my dad to replace a car battery. Nobody was at the store so John checked the battery and told us it was dead and needed to be replaced, he said he couldn't do that for us because he didn't have enough people working so to come back at 1pm when more people were working. It seemed fair enough so I went and waited 3 hours to come back and get my battery replaced. I had to jump my car again to get back to the store at 1 and have my friend follow me for the second time on my only day off and wouldn't you know it they tell me that the battery can't be replaced at the store. After telling me to come in 3 hours later I'm sitting at the store with a dead car and John told me to come at 1 for a replacement that supposedly they can't even do. So I called the store after I was finally able to make it home to ask him if the store manager was on staff so that I could speak with them. John tells me that the manager won't be back until Tuesday and then proceeded to hang up on me. A lot of how I was feeling could have been helped with some kindness. Especially with the massive inconvenience that could have been avoided if he would have just looked my car part up or done any of his job that I'm sure he is triained to do. The way that John dismissed me and spoke to me on the phone before hanging up is absolutely unacceptable on an level. If you guys have audio in the store or recorded phone conversations I beg if anyone cares about how people are being treated at this store to listen for yourself.

Kept in contact with me as he was finding the exact car, which took only a few days. The day we picked up the car he seemed genuinely excited for me! Although the process of picking up a new car tends to be a bit long, he continually made sure that he was right there with us answering any and all questions. He took his time and was very patient while going through the workings of my new car, assuring me to feel free to call him if I was having difficulty with anything. Before we left, he asked if we'd like him to take a photo, which turned into a small photo shoot. Also, the Finance Manage, David Didier was excellent! Gave us information on different options, without ever being pushy. He let us decide what would work best for us with giving his opinion only when asked. I would highly recommend Wickstrom!

From the moment I walked in, Eric made the entire process smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach really stood out. What truly set this experience apart from any dealership I've worked with in the past was how seamless and efficient everything was. Eric was a true one-stop resource--handling everything from the vehicle details to paperwork and financing. There was no back-and-forth between different departments, which made the process incredibly straightforward. Remarkably, I was able to walk in, complete everything, and drive out with the keys in hand in about an hour. That level of efficiency is almost unheard of when buying a car, and it made a typically time-consuming experience refreshingly easy. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with Eric Jensen at Wickstrom Auto Group--you'll be in great hands. I am thankful I stumbled upon doing business with Eric and at same time annoyed I just found him. I don't foresee working with anyone else next time I am in the market and it's great that as part of Wickstrom Auto Group he can support the Ford and Lincoln models in addition to Jeep.

This guy is so nasty and so non-customer oriented, he must have worked at Radio Shack previously. That's the only business I can think of where the employees went out of their way to talk down to the customer. I arrived at 8:55AM. It was a very simple transaction that needed to be completed, purchase of two items with "free installation" as advertised in their windows and advertising. Not talking about anything like an alternator or fuel filter, this was a five-minute thing, relatively easy for someone who has done it in the past. Now 9:15. Took 20 minutes to complete the purchase part of the transaction, has Logan had to make sure he had exercised his superior knowledge of car parts over me, as if that would somehow make me submit to ..... what? No idea. Installation? "Well, I had a guy due at 9AM, so if you want to wait, he should be around anytime in the next half hour." Sure. Returned to the car. Surprise! Guy came out a few minutes later and fiddled a bit before telling me he wasn't really an install guy, but he'd go get the right guy. Tick-tock, tick-tock. Now 35 minutes past the time I walked in the store. Damn, it's not like it's a doctor's office where you expect to wait or even a take-out meal. It's an auto parts store. They deal with the same crap every single day. But that was enough for me. Went inside with the parts and asked for a refund. Logan Logan Logan wanted to argue. ARGUE. Never again. Never. Oh, postscript. You know how you've read about customers' receipts at different businesses that had ethnic or other slurs on the receipts? At the bottom of mine? "General Lee" "Confused." Not written, printed by the POS right on the receipt. I hope you have a long and ever-spiraling downward career Logan. Yelp needs to add a ZERO rating. This is the first "one" I have given in fifteen years.

I asked for my car back and they told me that they would not release the car to me. I insisted and they still won't give me my car. I wanted to take the car for a second opinion but they refused to let me have the car. I said I needed to think about it so they took me home, I went to my usual repair shop and showed him the pictures they sent me and he said everything looked fine and that I was being scammed, it's called "Predatory Behavior". Preying on the elderly with older cars. Called told them later that day and told them not to do anything to the car I would pick it up in first thing in the morning. When I got there they said that they assumed I wanted them to repair it so they started replacing things. I never signed anything giving them authorization to work on the car. They said they needed time to put the car back together. Several phone calls later they told me that the bill would be $3169 worth of repairs to my very low milage car that looks new. When I went to pick up the car they told me that they had already installed the new parts so I had to pay for the repairs even though I told them not to do the repairs. This company claims to be a Christian based company but I am really skeptical. I would not go to this company for any kind of automotive repairs, just my opinion. I complained to them to no avail. For the record I collect and restore antique cars so I know a little bit about cars, there assumed I was just an senile old man

My vehicle was kept for several months with minimal and inconsistent communication. During this time, I was told that the warranty company had been contacted a few times regarding the necessary repairs. However, after experiencing repeated delays, I contacted the warranty company directly and was informed that no contact had been made when he stated he did, nor had any explanation for the repairs been submitted so ultimately, they denied my claim. I was ultimately presented with a $14,000+ repair estimate, with no clear justification or progress toward warranty approval. The overall experience felt disorganized and lacked transparency or customer advocacy. At what point do you stand behind Volvos good name? After transferring my vehicle to another Volvo dealership, the warranty was approved and the repairs were completed within one week, confirming that the issue was not the vehicle but how it was handled. Overall service department lacks professionalism and accountability. They saw a job that wasn't going to make them any additional money and plan old didn't want to do the job so he used everything in his power to deter me from fighting to get it done at McGrath Volvo. To add insult to injury, the other Volvo dealership I took it to for service stated that the suspension is messed up, struts and bearings were shot too, the motor mounts were left off and a coolant leak. So basically they sabotaged my car because upon bringing it there, the inspection said there was no suspension issues or coolant leaks. Due to the lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism, I cannot recommend the service department at McGrath Volvo and would advise others to proceed with caution and not go here and save yourself a headache. During this whole process, the service was extremely rude and dismissive.
