A friend of mine who is an avid gym-goer was in town this past weekend and convinced me to give it a try. It was one of the best workouts I've had in a long while. Hunter, the guy working that day, couldn't have been nicer and guided me through each work out station with patience (I've been out of shape the past couple of years). It's a little pricey per month but the drop in fee apparently is only $15 so I plan to come back at least once or twice a month for a great work out. Highly recommend! I was intrigued by the offer on the ad for a boot camp type work out. Located on Riverside Drive, you might miss them if you don't look carefully, but once you find them I think you'll be happy. The staff is uber friendly and helpful and the programs are very good - group as well as personal type training. We did a month program which was great, but in the end we decided to to another round of p90x, which isn't any reflection upon the gym.....just not the right time or in our budget at that moment.

This makes it next to impossible to cancel the membership, so your only course of action is to simply stop paying them. Then Peak payment solutions will immediately start charging you late fees and will start threatening collections and calling relentlessly within a week of a missed payment. It is illegal to try to extort payment out of people, who are under zero contractual commitment to pay you, by threatening collection.

They have an incredible array of machines, from aerobics, (stairs, ladders, rowing, elliptical) to all the various free weights and equipment for targeted exercises by several brands. There is seldom a wait time to get on a machine. My favorite regular class is Yoga with Pharrell. There are a range of classes by type and fitness levels. A cross section of society makes up the clientele and they are serious about staying in shape. There is always parking and staff are friendly and helpful.
