When I found myself walking through the threshold between the Bambino and Cactus and Tropicals, I was pretty sure I'd entered into a Hallmark movie. It's another worldly. There are adorable displays all over-trinkets and little goodies to accompany your flowers and plants-and there are plenty of those! It was raining that day, so my friend had to change her initial plan of having an outdoor ceremony to an indoor one, but the staff still managed to make her wedding smooth and beautiful. The reception was good, with tasty food, little pastries, and a cute cake. He seemed irritated that we were using our own cater even though we paid an extra 100 for using an out side cater. They new I was very upset with there service so they promised they would try and do everything they could so that nothing else goes wrong. But the day of our wedding the people who were there didn't seem like they knew what was going on. $500 worth of flowers for my bridal party were dropped off at the reception hall and someone put them in the fridge. Meanwhile when my ceremony started no one knew where they were. They didn't find my flowers until after my ceremony. I would NOT recommend them. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, without having to worry if the people that are running your wedding are going to do what they were paid to do.

I told so many people that I wished that Heather, our Executive Planner, planned more things in my life. Monthly calls with her for the two years leading up to the wedding were the highlight of the month. She could not have been more responsive or done a better job of keeping us on track. It was particularly reassuring to know that we were in good hands given that we were planning this wedding from afar. It was so helpful to have her team recommend pre-vetted vendors so all we needed to do was review their websites and have a quick chat (and of course we loved all their recommendations). Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn't just a few "vision board" photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life. The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we'd hoped, but that also wasn't a surprise because we'd known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law now wants to be Heather's assistant! Boy are we going to miss working with this team.

You can just imagine how hard it was to plan and coordinate everything with us being on the other side of the country during a global pandemic.
