I told so many people that I wished that Heather, our Executive Planner, planned more things in my life. Monthly calls with her for the two years leading up to the wedding were the highlight of the month. She could not have been more responsive or done a better job of keeping us on track. It was particularly reassuring to know that we were in good hands given that we were planning this wedding from afar. It was so helpful to have her team recommend pre-vetted vendors so all we needed to do was review their websites and have a quick chat (and of course we loved all their recommendations). Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn't just a few "vision board" photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life. The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we'd hoped, but that also wasn't a surprise because we'd known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law now wants to be Heather's assistant! Boy are we going to miss working with this team.

We started with a yummy crostini made of goat cheese, strawberries, and balsamic. Then a summer salad followed made with berries and sliced almonds. Third course was a fruit sorbet as a palette cleanser in between. Fourth and fifth courses consisted of what guests ordered individually online upon purchasing their tickets to the show. I chose the mac and cheese with the veggie lasagna. Mac and cheese was amazing! By the time I started on my lasagna, I was already pretty full. It tasted more like a vegan lasagna rather than a veggie one. I tasted shredded bits of coconut that may have been vegan cheese. Lastly, for dessert it was a lovely strawberry shortcake. We were all well fed and satisfied by the time Magician Anjo came out. Because we were a smaller crowd of six guests, we got a more intimate experience with Anjo, who was great by the way! We were thrown quite a curve ball the day of my wedding in that due to a completely unforeseeable situation, our venue became unavailable. I work as a project manager and can admit I am a very hands-on and organized person. I originally did not plan to hire any additional planning or coordinating services but finally decided an extra pair of hands would be helpful. Even if everything had gone according to plan, Roberta & Shelby were SO much more than just the extra pair of hands I thought I needed. There was no way any of us could have predicted the last minute venue change, but Roberta & Shelby handled it flawlessly. Without them, no amount of my organization or planning could have pulled off our wedding the way they did. Roberta was incredibly professional. She notified me early on of the changes, but only after she had time to begin working out a new action plan. I appreciated being kept in the loop, but also appreciated that she didn't call me the second the news broke...informing me of problems without potential solutions to offer would have been extra stress I didn't need in that moment. Roberta & Shelby were also absolutely in sync with Park City Resort and all of my other vendors. The communication and coordination was excellent. Because they had both taken the time to get to know me and understand my vision in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they did an amazing job of recreating our decor in a new venue space. Everything was exactly how I would have liked to see it, even though I wasn't available to provide any input. The planning leading up to our wedding was also perfectly executed. Roberta & Shelby asked the right questions, ran with my ideas, and prompted me to think about different approaches when appropriate. Roberta & Shelby are both extremely capable and professional, but what makes them stand a part from other professionals in your field is how genuine they are. They genuinely wanted to make this wedding my dream wedding, and they went above and beyond at every turn. Roberta even offered to hold our guest's baby during dinner so the couple could enjoy their meal. Although this wasn't something I saw, at least 20 of my guests did notice and made a point to tell me how amazing the Hoopes team was! After researching online, I stumbled upon Right Hand Gal and contacted Kelly. From the beginning she was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Coming from out of state, we were a bit nervous about not meeting our vendors ahead of time. Kelly was always quick to respond to my many e-mails and put me at ease. Two of her top caterers (Melissa and Amanda) came out and worked my reception. Naturally, I didn't get to interact with Melissa and Amanda very much, but my mom did and she gave me rave reviews! She said that out of all my vendors, they were the most worth it! They made the wedding so beautiful and simple- she didn't have to worry about a thing.....they are so good at what they do. Not only did they refresh the beverages and food, they took care of the toast and some other things I had totally forgotten to tell them about! They completely took initiative and picked up exactly where we had left off. At the end of the party, my family/bridesmaids went to clean up and found out that Melissa and Amanda had not only put away all the food, but had washed and put away dishes, thrown away trash, and cleaned up/organized the entire kitchen area. DJ Rob knows his business and has a "beat" (pun intended) on what the current cultural music should be for each situation. I cannot recommend Rob enough. I have been to many weddings, corporate events, and neighborhood parties with Rob at the mic. Not once have I left disappointed. We had him come out to our neighborhood in May of 2020 where he put on the most incredible "Social Distance Dance Party." We stayed on our property and danced with Rob for about an hour. He adapted to the current climate (COVID-19) and made the day of my neighbors, young and old alike. Best neighborhood part we have ever had.
