Dr. Kofensteiner and his staff were great. Turned out I had to get two different kinds of grafts and the end result was as successful as my bone loss would allow. I haven't had any problems since. This was not a fun process, but this office was awesome. I got to watch a movie during my procedure which made the whole process very easy and kept my mind off of what was happening. I highly recommend this office. Oh yeah, I didn't have insurance and they offer a Care Credit card that you can apply for that has 0% interest for a period of time so you can pay it off. Depending on how much you have to spend depends on how long you get the 0%. I wouldn't have been able to afford this without the help of Care Credit.

They are not a ppo provider, but a premier provider, which means they cover less at a much higher out of pocket. I left found a ppo provider and asked to have my xrays sent to the new dentist. They called and said they would not until the insurance paid them. They told me this 30 mins before my appointment with the new dentist. They were going to hold my x-rays hostage and told me to just have them redone or come pay them (clearly not enough time to do that). The office manager finally decided to release my own x-rays. The estimates they gave me was more than double of the dentist I ended up seeing. Their cost for an extraction was 324.00. The dentist I chose 152.00, but I didn't need a surgical extraction so it was only 89.00 before insurance. Ofallon dental cost for a bridge 4077, the dentist I went to 2796. My advice shop around, and confirm with your insurance if this office is covered at the highest level.

I have been inquiring about the bridge for my teeth since before Christmas. I am still waiting on a call back of the cost. I have reached out to the practice manager. She did not even bother to call me back about my concerns. A couple of the girls call me back from the Office said that they were gonna keep in touch with me and let me know. I've heard nothing! It is extremely frustrating when you are in customer service yourself and run an office and know how it should go, especially when you reached out to the practice manager. Me and my family have decided to sever our ties here. Which is unfortunate because who really wants to start all over at another dentist practice, but I will not be treated in this way... this makes me feel very unimportant to this office and that they are not really trying to help me. I can't say enough great things about the office staff, the dentist hygienist, or Dr. Harris. Very professional, caring and always concerned that you were comfortable during the whole procedure. Demand they refund your evaluation fee, they refunded mine. 2. Consider retaining legal counsel if they refuse to appropriately handle your dental needs. My guess is you will be far from alone. Also understand how much you are going to pay for implants it is likely 5 figures. You are basically investing in a luxury product. Demand good service or go elsewhere. Many dentists want implant patients at $20k-$100k, so don't put up with Dr Worst who could care less about you or your time. That was at least my experience. Dentists can make millions a year. They deserve to be harshly reviewed if they decide profits not patients are more important.

I'm going to keep this very short and sweet…read more Dr. Meier knows what the hell he is doing, and he's very good at it. I've been seeing him for cleanings and the occasional cavity for over five years, and while going to the dentist sucks no matter what, he definitely makes it suck much less. He also actually told me that I "over brush"... I always thought the more brushing the better, but apparently my gums were taking a beating. Good to know! What I really am about to write about has been a long time coming, though. After four years of Dr. Meier telling me I seriously need to get all my wisdom teeth cut out (and me blowing him off repeatedly out of fear & procrastination,) I'm finally calling his office tomorrow to schedule that dreaded event for sometime in August.
