It was so good that I ended up buying a whole bag and it was even better than what I originally came in looking for. I also saw something I couldn't quite tell what it was, and she grabbed a single one and let me try it. It turned out to be green tea with honey in a large juice box, and it was hands down the best tea I've ever had. Amazing service, amazing products, and such a welcoming experience. Of four self check outs only one was open and it was BROKEN. Four of eleven lines were open and each one was slow! Not sure why their clearance items wouldn't scan but it inconvenienced everyone waiting. Who I assumed was the manager appeared to have no idea how to make this lady's item scan. WITW! The store was clean and found what I needed but the wait was way too long. Express wasn't express at all. The employees were not at all empathetic about the wait and the service I received was less than average. There were a few employees just standing around. Not something frustrated customers want to see. I was greeted when I reached the register however that same employee brushed me and never opened her mouth. One thing that confused me was the lay out of the store. I was looking for the Badia brand of spices. They weren't with the "Hispanic" section nor were they with the spices. They were in the "international " section... may seem like a small thing but it was big deal to me when hunting for my spices in a rush. I'll go back another day because I can not accept that this may be a normal experience at this location.
