The serviceman was one of the kindest I've met in any business. The service was the highest price I've ever paid for pest control, but I thought it the best option for kitty. I saw many deceased insects following the first visit, which was comforting. Somehow, though, after two-three weeks, the roaches and spiders were emerging again. For $180 I thought I should not see these pests at all--certainly not this soon, anyway. I called for a second spray since the first came with a 30-day guarantee. I appreciated this second service, but I was told it was no guarantee that 100% of my dreaded insects would be taken care of. My kitty stepped up and began eating the spray-resistant pests. I guess she will have to be my pest control because I will not pay $180 again with no guarantees that pests will be eliminated entirely.

Unhappy with this Company's Service...not to mention the owner Shawn as well…read more The owner Shawn was very confrontational with me, basically calling me a liar when I explained my issue to him. He said his spray guy sprayed an area when it was very clear he did not. All areas were wet but this area which I explained to Shawn, but he did not want to hear it...he wanted to be confrontational and basically told me they would rather end my contract than to apologize and send someone out again to respray. Customers should never be treated the way Shawn treated me. Very very unprofessional of an owner to act the way he acted. Do your research on company's before signing a contract with them.
