Her communication was curt and came across as rude and unprofessional. The manner in which she spoke to both me and the dental assistant was inappropriate and did not reflect the level of customer service one would expect in a patient-facing role. While the dental care itself was excellent, the interaction at the front desk took away from what otherwise would have been a very positive experience.
