The elevator is just a little too slow, and while I enjoyed the pool/ hot tub area, I was surprised to see it out in front by the parking lot. But regardless, this place was great, and if you need a space for yourself, to keep up with work or just to get away and keep to yourself, I highly recommend it!

Combined with no working phone, a dirty bed (dirt and hair) filty floor, and an extremely rude front desk attendant, this hotel should be avoided at all costs.

We got a great room, located very close to the pool area. We loved that the hotel was so close to all the American Graffiti festivities downtown. The hotel has a work out room in addition to the pool and a restaurant with a bar. We will return next year and hopefully stay in the same room. The free cookies upon arrival were also a nice touch!

You save $1 by having it as part of your hotel stay. There's a sky bridge on the 3rd floor which helps you avoid the street, which is quite busy during daylight and without any cars at night. I've stayed here twice. The rooms are comfortable and the furniture is in good condition. There's lots of water pressure and the bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately, I had problems with my room's AC on both stays. The first time I was on the hot side of the building and thought it might have been that but it did not get better once the sun went down. Maintenance came, checked the temp and acknowledged the warmth, said they could not do anything and left. On my second stay, the guy thought it might be the curtains blocking the airflow so he moved them and left. It never cooled down. I called downstairs, they brought me a key to another room, and I packed up and moved myself to another room. The next room was definitely an improvement but still not as cool as I like. A bit of a hassle but luckily I wasn't in a rush. Kudos to the front desk for accommodating me in such a drama free way. The warm cookies and free water for those with status already in the room helped. Lol

We were able to check in about noon and the hotel suite was very nice and clean. The entire facility was pretty quiet. Unfortunately, due to delays in the trailer repair, we had to extend our stay for a total of three days of which they were able to accommodate us and for which we were thankful.

They moved me, but only to the room right next to the one where I was getting bitten. Since I no longer felt comfortable, I went and bought my own sheets and pillowcases. When I got back, I started wiping down the bed frame with a disinfecting wipe, and a bug fell out. I called the office again to let them know. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, the employee started questioning me about why I wasn't at work and why I hadn't signed the morning paperwork. I had already explained that I work nights, so those questions felt dismissive and unrelated to the issue I was reporting. At no point did anyone apologize or take responsibility for the condition of the room. During my stay, I also noticed frequent prostitution and other suspicious activity that made me feel unsafe. I would not consider this a family-friendly place. Between the bites, finding a bug in the room, the lack of concern from staff, and the overall atmosphere, I would not stay here again. PSA: The photos and videos attached below include the new sheets and pillowcases I had to purchase because I no longer felt comfortable sleeping on the motel's bedding after waking up with bites.
