Yes, I would recommend this place it's pretty quiet and it's fairly clean. They say it was just open, but I'm not sure if that's the case.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Not just the worst Hilton, but the worst hotel,…read moreperiod. I stayed for 4 nights during Christmas and this is what happened. - First Night: -- The EV charger was not working. The hotel stated that they have EV charge on-site and this is the only reason why we picked this hotel over the closer ones. The lady at the desk said the EV charger often doesn't work and EV charger is not her responsibility as it's managed by another company. -- Checked-in and as a Hilton Gold Member, I received $30 daily food and beverage credit ($15 per guest for two guests). At check-out, I only received $15 daily credit and not $30, so used the chat option on the app to talk to the hotel, but never received a response from the hotel in app. I had to talk to them to get the credit adjusted. -- Went to the room, there was no toilet paper in the room, none. - Second Night, came back and the room was not cleaned. The facial tissues ran out the first night, and didn't received replacement. I talked to the lady at the desk, she said she'll put in a request for the room to be cleaned the next day. Also, she will bring new facial tissues to the room for us, which never happened. - Third Night: I saw the cleaning lady in the morning and asked her to clean our room, she said okay. Got back at night around midnight (Christmas Eve), the room was again NOT cleaned. The guy at the desk said there is nothing he can do and offered us to towels. Then he finally, looked up another room and moved us. The room is right next door, but we had to move everything to the new room, this is after midnight. I asked him to get the manager, but there were no managers available. The guy said he'll have the manager contact me to apologize first thing in the morning. - Two additional nights in the new room and then checked out. However, I did not receive any apology or calls from the manager.

I would never recommend this hotel…read more I originally booked a 3-night stay but ended up arriving a day early. I called the day of my flight to add another night and was told it was no problem but it would be treated as two reservations and I would need to check out Sunday and check back in. I checked in around midnight Saturday and paid a $100 deposit. On Sunday I left my room with the privacy sign on the door. Around 3pm the front desk called telling me I needed to return immediately to check out and check back in for the second reservation. I returned within about 10 minutes and was required to pay another $100 deposit. When I returned to my room, the privacy sign was no longer on the door and had been placed inside the room, meaning someone had entered despite the sign being displayed. Monday my room was not cleaned. Tuesday my room was still not cleaned and I had no fresh towels. I called the front desk and spoke with Veronica, who argued with me about my reservations and told me rooms are only cleaned on the third day. At that point it was already the third day and my room still had not been serviced. She eventually brought towels and said staff had "dropped the ball." Tuesday night I asked Lena at the front desk if I could extend checkout until 2pm because my flight was later. She initially said no, then said it would require a fee but couldn't locate the policy anywhere. After calling Veronica she told me the fee would be $55. I declined and asked how late I could stay without a fee and she said 11:30am. When I returned to my room my key suddenly stopped working. After I went back downstairs and expressed how frustrating the situation was, Lena later called and said the 2pm checkout would be approved and the fee waived. At 11:30pm that same night Veronica called me from home explaining she had gone home sick, it was her second day as manager, and the team "needed work." The conversation went on far longer than it should have and felt extremely unprofessional. The next morning I left briefly with the privacy sign on my door and returned an hour later to find the sign once again placed back inside my room, meaning someone had entered my room again despite the sign being on the door. At checkout Jacob at the front desk was very kind and helpful. However when management became involved they mostly made excuses for the situation. They eventually offered compensation, but instead of refunding the night I personally paid for ($269), they refunded one of the nights that had been booked using my mother's reward points. In other words, the credit didn't even go back to the person who actually paid cash for the stay. Beyond the service issues, the property itself is poorly maintained. The AC units appear locked and do not properly cool the room. The shower bases are stained brown, the shower caddy is dirty, and metal fixtures throughout the room are rusting. The beds have almost no padding and the pillows smelled strongly of sweat. Housekeeping service was inconsistent and my room was never cleaned during the stay. I have stayed at the Cambria in Fargo, ND and had a completely different experience. Unfortunately this location felt closer to a budget motel than a Cambria hotel. I hope Choice Hotels corporate reviews this property because the guest experience and privacy issues during my stay were far below expected Cambria brand standards.

The bed was pretty good, no sink holes though I prefer a firmer mattress. The workout room was excellent for this size and class of hotel, very large and fully equipped and in good condition. The pool also looked nice and clean, however I could not use it as we had rain the day we stayed. There is a lot of road noise from Frye road and 3/4 of the rooms will have this noise, so request a room that faces south. Fortunately, at night the car noise was less and we wore ear plugs so were able to sleep. We stayed on a Saturday night so were not woken up by work traffic since it was Sunday morning. During the weekdays, I image the morning rush hour, which starts early in the Phoenix metro, would be very hard to sleep through.

We decided not to go to the buffet with the free food but instead pay for our meals at the bar downstairs. We ordered chicken strips , a burger and spinach artichoke dip. The food came out within 10 minutes or less of ordering. That was already suspicious. The artichoke dip tasted like it came from a jar and was broiled . The chicken strips tasted freezer burnt and they were even fried they were baked and mushy. The burger? Not even edible, it was not real meat and had such a funky flavor, the food was terrible!!! Everything, just disgusting and very disappointing. Our room was nice and spacious , couches were dirty, there was dog hair or human hair on both couches and crusty stains!!!!! The pillows were small but they did provide a lot of them so that was good. Customer service? 10/10 everyone was so friendly , went above and beyond and always greeted us with a warm smile. Unfortunately this and the fact you get free food and drinks wasn't enough for us to be returning to this hotel. I'd rather stay at a hotel with good food, clean rooms and pay for my own drinks and meals. It's not worth it

I opted to stay here given the kitchenette and large desks, which made remote work easy. I stayed here for two nights and it was a great experience! The breakfast was tasty and fresh but it's your typical free hotel carb fest breakfast. I believe they had breakfast potatoes though and I love when hotels offer those. I was able to enjoy the breakfast and had tons of the coffee, as it was good...better than what was in the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offer skillets you can get from the front desk and I was able to cook my boyfriend and I a yummy meal one night. The roll out table was perfect to eat on and it was also very comfortable. I liked how the room had everything I needed from glassware to plates to silverware. The room had a nicer dishwasher than my apartment! The pool area was also super nice and i got to partake in the hot tub, which was also really nice and at a good temperature. The pool and spa are located outside but the area is super clean and there are grills in the area so you can grill up some burgers and hot dogs if you'd like. If I wasn't a Chandler local I'd stay here again but as I said, I live literally right down the street.

They informed me I was getting kicked out and trespassed off the property off of one noise complaint warning, (she never came back she just simply said she was going to call the cops if it kept going but we completely complied and they all left soon could be seen on cameras everyone leaving) I fully complied with the police and left a day earlier then my flight, i understand it was my room we was using but I was the only sober person in there playing my ps5 listening to music just a bit to loud and I got tresspassed a day before my flight in a place I'm no where near familiar with. I was nothing but respectful and compliant and this was how I was treated, tresspassed and told goodluck when everything was settled after 1 notice. If this is the type of employees the Hilton is hiring, I would not suggest staying here, not to mention the hot tub never worked, and they closed down the pool in the hot heat of AZ. This was extremely unprofessional as someone who worked in The hotel business. I was nothing but kind and nice to the lady and still got treated like this. Completely ruined my whole experience and would definitely not recommend.

UPDATE - AUGUST 2025 (TWO YEARS LATER):…read more DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL. I stayed here from June 26-29, 2023 while doing training at Aspen Dental. On my last night I woke up with a BED BUG BITE ON MY HAND, pulled up the sheets, and found BLOOD SPOTS ON THE MATTRESS. I went straight to the front desk. The clerk brushed me off, rushed me along, and never moved me to another room. They "cleaned it" like it was nothing. NO MATTRESS ENCASEMENTS. NO PROPER INSPECTION. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. That negligence followed me home. Within months I had a FULL BED BUG INFESTATION IN MY OWN HOUSE. Thousands of dollars gone. Countless sleepless nights. Two years later, I am STILL dealing with the fallout of this stay. And here's the kicker: I am NOT the only one. This hotel has a PUBLIC HISTORY of bed bugs: * Sarin T. (4 years ago): "BED BUG ALERT - live verified bed bug in the box spring, hotel refused liability." * Joseph B. (4 years ago): "BED BUG ALERT - woke up with 10+ bites overnight, management brushed it off." Now my case in 2023. Same story. Same property. SAME COVER-UP. This is a pattern of negligence, not a mistake. And shame on ASPEN DENTAL for knowingly putting trainees in this dump. If you value your health, your sanity, and your home: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Bed bugs don't just ruin your night. They follow you home and can ruin YEARS of your life.
