This is a high powered practice and for me they've overlooked the personal issues we patients…read moreexperience. I won't use them again. They took me off my heart medications for several days, had me start antibiotics for a procedure, and at 530pm the night before the surgery I received a text that my procedure was "unfortunately" canceled; that I should call them to reschedule. Nothing else was mentioned-no guidance about the heart medication, or the other meds prescribed. It's just a business to them. When I did not reschedule I got a call from a front office scheduler, shared my displeasure, asking her to pass this along and up. I never heard anything back. I frankly doubt it was ever transmitted, or if it was, it was ignored. Hope this helps someone out there.
