A lot more than I realized! I am currently in a health crisis and really had high hopes for an awesome fresh concoction that would be good from me. Ordered my smoothie and note at bottom of order. I understand that you don't have drive up service but I am struggling health wise and really appreciate it if someone can bring it to me right outside the door so I will not have to stand in line? I get there & the teenager maybe 18 physically active obviously. No broken legs or anything. What an attitude because he didn't want to walk an extra 20 feet cause it ain't his job! What is happening people? In the 62 years on this planet , I'm completely baffled! Why are these children doing to our country? It's being destroyed more than I ever thought possible. So the for profit only wins again. Good product, lousy service but attitude. And the kicker was??? I spent $10 bucks and it tasted horrific & was thrown away. I JUST LOVE THROWING MY MONEY AWAY!! They always are appropriately staffed when I visit. Which is really helpful when I'm in a rush. I've been trying to figure out the right ratio of my favorite smoothie that is no longer available to me. Despite it not being a drink they provide, they always provide helpful suggestions and are happy to help alter my drink to try and make it taste the same. Unfortunately, it's located in a busy grocery shopping center but it's far enough away from the grocery store to not get stuck in slow grocery store parking traffic. read more

We entered with our dog, not having noticed the small no pets sign on the door that was propped open making it even less visible upon entering. At first the staff kindly let us know that pets weren't allowed but as soon as my girlfriend left with the dog to wait outside 2 female workers started speaking loudly about the situation in a very unprofessional manner. They mentioned that my girlfriend made a face and were condescending talking about us while we could hear them. We understand that pet policy must be enforced however the condescending tone did not need to go along with it. This issue wouldn't have taken place if the establishment had larger pet signs placed next to the door at eye level and not small signs with small print. read more

Blenders is one of my favorite go-to's in Lompoc. Service is always impeccable, I don't think I've ever gotten a wrong order. Each drink and açaí bowl comes with one free supplement! I got the regular açaí bowl, added peanut butter and strawberries, and now I'm obsessed! I wasn't the most excited that the strawberries on my açaí bowl were frozen, but it was still absolutely delicious nonetheless. There's great consistency with each drink/bowl made. They mentioned an app is coming soon, which will be great for anyone who frequents. I highly recommend a visit to Blenders, any time of day! read more

It was my first time trying Blenders today and I ordered the red mango smoothie. The smoothie was great, with a stronger strawberry flavor than mango or banana in my opinion. Since it was my first time I didn't know that 1 supplement could be added for free! And the cashier didn't ask if I wanted to add one so learn from my mistake and be sure to include a supplement in your order (if you want one). Lots of free parking as this is in the plaza with Albertsons. It only took 1-2 minutes from the time I ordered my drink for it to be made. There was no line when I went, but I can't imagine having to wait a long time if there is one due to how quickly the drinks are made! read more

It's great that Lompoc finally got a Blenders. As soon as you walk in, it's very clean and I usually never get hit with a long line. The staff is very nice and always modify my orders without hesitation when I ask for something different. Also if U take ur own cup they give 50 cents off ur smoothie, it doesn't have to be their cup they are not strict on it. I always go in the mornings since I find it very easy as an on the go breakfast smoothie or bowl. Today I decided to go with my favorite bowl which is the pitaya bowl, tried it with granola in the middle instead of in the top and it was amazing.! I have had many Blender's drinks from here in the past and they were great but the last 2 orders were not good. The last order was Chai Tea, which didn't have any taste to it and was watery and not cold. The banana drink tasted like ice milk with no smoothie texture. We threw them both out. So I used to come here more often a while back, but then I tried to have less sweet drinks and more water for my health... uhm ya, that didn't work so I'm back again I would totally recommend a Blenders over Starbucks 6 out of 7 days of the week! Mostly because I make my coffee at home before I leave the house and have my two cups for the day. And I think 5$ for a fruit drink is more money smart than 5$ on coffee... plus the calorie difference can be significant depending on what you get obviously. Anyways, employees are always friendly and I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my drink and that was on a 90 degree day with a 10-12 person line! I'm from out of town so my first Blenders experience was here when I visited recently. I got the Pitaya bowl and it was the bomb! A little too sweet for my taste, but when I tried it a second time at the location in SB, they were able to make it less sweet by putting less honey and more of the pineapple sorbet. This is 2nd Blenders I have been in..went to one in Santa Barbara last month. This new location was cleaner and didn't smell bad like the other location. I ordered the same pitaya bowl I did last time.They only do one size and is quite basic, but taste great and was filling enough for me. Wish they had more bowl options for additions, but it works. Staff was friendly and my drink came out in less than five minutes, probably because there was less of a line and crowd around 8pm when I went. I have no complaints about this store. PS. I must have picked the wrong time to go to the Lompoc Blenders. 3 employees behind the counter, 2 involved in tasks, the 3rd not. No other customers yet no one acknowledged me when I walked in, but they all looked over when the door opened. After maybe a minute, 1 involved in a task asked what they could get for me. Only then did the non-busy employee come to the counter. While making my order one of the others involved in a task must have been frustrated at what they were doing because they dropped a loud F-bomb lol. I kind of felt like I was an annoyance. I've been to the Orcutt and Santa Barbara locations many times, always got great service. Today's smoothie was the bomb, but the customer service...not so much. read more

I have always had great experiences coming to this location... until today. Me and my fiancé brought our blenders mugs in & ordered our smoothies, the guy behind us also brought his mug, they got our mugs mixed up & didn't know who's was who's. (They were giving each other attitude and talking loudly about not knowing which was which so all the customers heard) Let's just say I wasted $13 because I threw them away because I was not going to drink off of somebody else's cup. This was my first time at the Blenders in lompoc and I'm sad to say my worst experience of any blenders. My drink was not made well at all, not blended so many chunks and one of the employees was just staring at me not didnt say hello and was being very rude to the other employees. Just left the establishment and the red pineapple which is a staple I get several times a week in the Santa Barbara area locations taste nothing like how it should & per the name isn't even blended properly. Poor service and for something that just started already shouldn't have people too occupied with talking to friends who come in to acknowledge an order. Usually a business only slacks after a little while but every other blenders location I've been to the service has been exceptional and that's even considering the bulk of Santa Barbara locations are mainly employed by local college students. Sarah always greets me by name and with a huge smile on her face. She makes coming in the shop even more enjoyable just by being there.
