Omg I cannot thank these ladies enough. When everyone was canceling appointments on me they got both mine and my brothers dog in within the week. Drop off was super simple and not only were the dogs perfect when I picked them up you could tell that they were treated very well and they were happy. I actually think they groomed my 14 yr old poodle and my brothers 2yr old Yorkie mix the best I have ever seen both of them. I can't wait to come back here again and again. I didn't get my dog groomed there but my friends dog had a bad hot spot and she spent 45 minutes of her time, called in help, while making $0.00 trying to get the dog to calm down so they could shave it. Although the dog was way too strong and needs medical assistance, I am very appreciative of her patience and effort. They close at 6 but they let me show up at 5:45 with a pitbull I rescued that had a lot of ticks. Annie and Eric were so helpful with getting her out of the car (she's clearly been abused because she has trouble with being handled). Both of them were so gentle with her and made her feel comfortable from the get-go. Annie pulls ticks off like a PRO. So friendly, so helpful, such nice people! I noticed after my dogs last grooming, she had a spot on her bum which was red & painful. Took her to the vet, who stated her anal glands were FULL I would never trust Anne again with my dogs! I'm honestly sad. I came home really sad tonight because of the experience I had. Don't get me wrong this lady is nice, but here it is. I have a brand new puppy only 4 months old. This was her 1st grooming ever. All I wanted was a caring experience. Right when I walked in the lady just seemed all over the place and stressed out. She said, "Don't worry I'll make her look cute." But in my gut I felt the worry. I came back 2 hours later to walking in and her holding my dog as if she were a tyrant handing her over to me as if shes like JUST TAKE HER! She actually said, "This is why I shouldn't do puppies!" She said, "Well, I didn't get the nails and really couldn't finish, but you can't bring her back another time and I'll finish." My puppy started whimpering and I said to my daughter, "Maybe she needs to go to the bathroom?!" The lady says, "Oh no she doesn't need to she went (#2) all over my table!" I felt sick inside and just wanted to get out of there. Not the sweet experience I anticipated. I came home to my dog still with eye boogers which you could tell wasn't washed at all and not brushed out. I had to do all that when I got home. read more

I called several places to try and get same day appt, lady at woof wash said she was busy but would be done by 4 and she then would be able to groom my dog. I get there at 4 and she tells me she isn't done with other dogs to give her 30 min. My husband and I decided to wait around the area, 20 min later the lady calls me back and tells me she will need more time. In 115 degree weather it's a huge inconvenience to be driving back and forth just playing the waiting game when I could've called other places that might have scheduled my dog in. Woof Wash was able to get me in right away and it only took a couple of hours to have my mini yorkie groomed. His fur had become very matted since it had been a while.
