Our shy kitties took to our sitter as if she has known them for a long time. After a couple of visits, our guys were interacting with her, which is unheard of even with our previous sitter from another company in the area that has been sitting for them for a few years! I used this company to take care of my rare breed pigeons and my rabbits this winter holiday and I…read morehad a very bad experience. upon my return I found one of my birds dying from a very strange injury. he had 2 broken legs and could not walk or fly and I did not know what to do. the owner never offered to pay for a veterinarian even though he later told me he was licensed and insured and the bird died. I don't know how this bird could have got this injury by accident and could not be caused by another bird. the owner denied responsibility but its hard to see how this could have happned as this kind of injury never happened before. not only that, but the owner placed the manure filled water container in my kitchen sink and never cleaned up the mess and I found some sealed boxes in my basement opened up. I recently left my 11 year old cat for a few days while I was traveling out of state. He came home and for the past two days has been vomiting and had diarrhea. Furthermore I know the report cards are misleading because his second day supposedly he had stool, urine, and was eating but when I picked him up his chart said he had only eaten once in four days. The Webcam was also turned off several times, so now I'm worried that he was already sick there and they were hiding that from me.
