Company sends a message a few days before the service is going to be performed. You can always call and change the date, customer service has always been great. Trent, the technician, will then send a message when he is in the way and another on arrival. He starts by spraying the garden and then treating the house. It was replaced with fresh bait, but I question if that was all they should do ? Doesn't an empty canister indicate termite activity ? My house is raised and underneath is easily accessed. Should not a visual inspection of under the house in the area of the empty canister been done ? I feel it should be done. Apparently LaJaunie's inspection procedures don't require actually looking for infestation. A visual inspection would have given them a GREAT rating instead of a 2. Guess I'll get under the house and do the visual inspection myself.

On attic survey, the area in question is about 20 feet across the insulated covered beams. The inspector "is not allowed to traverse the beams; could fall through ceiling, but there is no evidence of droppings here on the landing 20' from the sound." Go outside and he notices where previous owner has foam patch under planking and claims this is the hole. Didn't inspect the remaining plank perimeter of the house. Gave me a $500 quote to poison said rodent infestation (cannot do anything from the inside; will try to lure them out thru the hole) and then seal hole and then $45 monthly exterior bait. THIS COST $75? Could have spent the money on my own exterior bait. Thanks for nothing, including no confirmation of what's actually in my walls/attic. Sleeping in spare bedroom because... UUUUGGGG!!!!
