I perused the store for over fiften minutes and not one salesperson engaged with me or even offered a hello. I walked to the rear of the store to peruse the sales rack. I observed one sales associate ineracting with soneone in the fitting room. I then approached a different sales associatte and asked if WHBM would be receiving any long sleeve blouses or shirts soon, as the store had a lot of short sleeve tops on the racks. The associate simply replied.."yes, soon." I am an avid shopped of WHBM and I am a platinum reward member. I have never encountered such a bad shopping experience in their stores. I left the store directly after the associate responded to me. This store is not very large. So to not engage with a customer on a weekday midday with four customers, is totally unacceptable. I will continue to shop their stores online and in other Chicagoland locations.

After "helping" the young girl, the employee literally brushed right past me and did not even say one word to me. Nice way to treat customers, apparently they pretend we are invisible. If you want to buy band shirts, this is your place to go, but don't expect the employees to really help you. Anytime you ever ask if they have more of a size in the back, they say no because all of what they have is out on the floor... Also, most of the time, they won't even say that they can check another location for you or that they can call you when they get more in, instead, they just walk away from you. Very annoying location, but since this store caters to teenagers, teenagers usually don't give a crap about customer service.

I was not satisfied. I read policy that I could return and she wasn't even aware of her own policy. I was surprised at the level of disregard and dismissive reaction to my request.
