I called repeatedly in February 2024 to try to cancel and finally got a return call stating to email him. I immediately emailed him with no response. I have continued to get charges of $149 in March 2024, April 2024, and now May 2024. I have had to do chargebacks to my credit card. I have now cancelled my credit card and had to update all of my other providers due to this ongoing issue. Fortunately, I am dealing with a credit card provider, if this were my bank account I would probably be out of luck entirely. On a side note, our son found the Jiu Jitsu class to be very boring and the repeated lessons with nothing new made this too much of an expense to incur monthly.

All of the coaches and staff are so so sooooooo friendly and dedicated to not only their students, but also to the families that come here. Walking into the waiting area is seriously like walking into your living room filled with friends & family! Okay, let me start with saying that we have done our share of kids activities over the years, but I must say I have never met more passionate people than the staff that work here. When we first started coming, the kids were doing classes 2 nights a week, but because the kids loved it so much, we are now doing 3-4 classes a week. One of my favorite things Gracie PAC does that i think sets them apart from other places is that outside of the training aspect of the classes, the coaches always make it a point to set aside some time at the end of class to talk to the kids about life lessons (honesty, integrity, respect, self-esteem, self-control, accountability...) and how to use those lessons on and off the mat in EVERY SINGLE CLASS. I know a few adults that could probably benefit from a lesson on some of that! LOL! But in all honesty, I just think thats super awesome. Every now and then they do a parent/student class which is always super neat. The last one we did the kids got to break a board. They also do a "parents night out" once a month where they do some super fun stuff. We haven't had a chance to make to to all of them, but a few we were able to attend were the nerf gun fight, laser tag and a few of the movie nights. Any days the kids have off from school and during the summer they have day camp programs that are not only super affordable but also really active. Most of the time when you hear about an affordable camp it turns out to be a glorified babysitter, but NOT here. They do martial arts skills, games, field trips, and loads more. The kids love it and when the kids know they are going to be out of school for a holiday break, I know to get ready for the begging to begin. They have a ton of adult programs (martial arts, personal training..) also, unfortunately I haven't has the chance to really take advantage of those, but I plan to! Honestly, this place is the best. I could go on and on about all the reasons I love this place and there isn't anywhere we'd rather be. If your looking for a martial arts studio for your kids, or for yourself I would for sure recommend this place.
