The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. My piercing is healing really well so far, and I'm happy with the results. The only downside was at checkout. A $20 cleaning solution was added to my purchase without asking if I wanted it first. I would have appreciated being given the option before it was included. Overall, it was still a positive experience, and I'd definitely consider coming back for another piercing.
