1 Star -- Absolutely terrible service and zero quality control…read more We bought a bed frame from Living Spaces, and it broke almost immediately. That was headache #1. We scheduled a replacement, waited for them to show up, and when the technicians finally arrived... they didn't even bring all the necessary parts to assemble it. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing their mistake right away, they told us it's going to take an entire month just to come back with the missing parts. So now we're left sitting with a half-assembled, unusable bed frame taking up space in our bedroom for four weeks because of their incompetence. No urgency, no customer care, and cheap furniture. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
