    "Why yes, I do need that, and that, and that..." One cannot help but get lost in the stores of Cost Plus. This behavior is even more prevalent during the holidays when seasonal goods from around the world are placed front and center for many to see. Customers are treated to displays of various trinkets, kitchen, bath, furnitures, specialty foods, wines, and various gifts unique gifts. We have been in search of a pine wine rack. The timing for our search and their 40% furniture sale was the perfect catalyst for a visit to their store. We research the availability on their website and contacted the Lynwood store to request a hold. All hold requests have a 48 hour limit. Pick-up was fairly easy and the store associates were helpful and prompt. I recommend signing up for their World Market Explorer loyalty program. This is a great way to earn $10 back for every $200 accrued purchase. Also, they are running a contest called "Golden Llama Treasure Hunt." Customers must solve a riddle and find the hidden golden llama to win a reward coupon valued at $20, $50, or $100. Needless to say, our quick trip lasted longer than expected. Sadly the llama was no where to be found.

    This is the worst World Market purchasing experience ever in my 12 years as a customer. I ordered two sets of 2 chairs online, and for anyone who can do math, that's a total of 4 items. When I go to pick it up at their Lynwood location, the lady who handed me my order insisted that it only counts as one order because I picked it up in-person. She said the sale price only works for online order (which I did place online), but since I picked it up, the regular price applies. I'm not sure if the lady was just ignorant or if this is the actual company policy. If what she said is really true, then why was I allowed to check out the items and was even offered an option to pick-up for an extra 15% off? If this is true, the website should restrict me from doing a pick up option since I won't get the sale price if I did. I told her it might be the system's error and it wasn't my fault. She said she's not saying it's my fault, yes you are!! You are refusing to give me the rest of my order because of a computer's error. I have a clear receipt that I ordered two sets and should get four chairs (see attached photos), but she kept insisting that if she gave me the other set then I would be getting the rest for free. WHAT!!???? I clearly paid for all of them, how am I getting the rest for free? By not giving me the rest of my order, you are the ones stealing my money. Absolutely worst!!! It's such a traumatic experience that I don't think I will ever buy anything from World Market ever again. Oh and I still haven't received the rest of my order.

    Look no further than Cost Plus for special food items like this death hot sauce!

I love HomeGoods and shop at many of their locations often. I was at H-mart across the street and was delighted to see a HomeGoods across the street. I decided to go in but quickly regretted it. One of the first problems with this location is that they are overrun with inventory. This isn't a large store, so I don't know why they have so much stuff. There isn't enough space in the store to display it all in a safe and neat manner. I used to work retail many moons ago, so seeing unpacked boxes hanging out on the floor, as well as a wall of unpacked cardboard boxes in the lighting section, tells me that their back storage area must also be full. There were also about 5-6 tables outside of the store with tons of stuff on them, all clearance that they were trying to get rid of. The store looks sloppy and unprofessional. It's like the manager and the staff just to give a damn. The shelves are also a mess and the merchandise was sloppily hanging on the shelves. There was one aisle that had pillows on the floor. There were so many that they were blocking the way. You couldn't get through without stepping on them or tripping. Are they trying to get sued??? Honestly, there was just shit everywhere in and out of boxes. Even if this was just a bad and busy day, I will never come back. The location in Queen Anne on Armory is much nicer and better run. If you want a nice shopping experience where you aren't at risk of injury due to store items on the floor, don't shop here.

We didn't receive the stools at the end of August, so we contacted Ethan Allen. They said we'd receive them in September. Then, October. Then, November. Then, December. I was actually fine with this because I understand that there are severe supply chain issues and people are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Stuff happens. However, it was annoying that we had to repeatedly contact them instead of them letting us know what was going on. Finally, in January, 2022, we received the stools after inquiring once again. They look nice but upon reviewing the invoice, there's a $199 delivery fee. WTF.

    I had a disappointing experience at this Hobby Lobby location…read more I approached an employee who appeared to be a manager after hearing a "Code 7" call and seeing her quickly come over to the party decorations section where she was organizing merchandise. I politely said, "Excuse me, ma'am, could I ask for help with something?" Before I could even finish my question, she completely ignored me. She didn't look at me, turn toward me, or acknowledge that I was speaking to her. After waiting a few seconds, I felt awkward and said, "Oh, never mind," and started to walk away. That's when she responded with, "I'm waiting," in a tone that came across as rude and impatient. I then asked whether they had a specific item in stock. She told me no and said she had supposedly placed an order that morning and was waiting for it to arrive, but it never came. The explanation was unclear and not very helpful. What made the experience worse was the overall atmosphere. Several employees seemed unfriendly, and I felt like I was being looked at rudely while shopping. Additionally, there appeared to be numerous employees standing around the checkout area, yet very few were actively helping customers or processing purchases, which was frustrating to see. Customer service can make a huge difference in a shopping experience, and unfortunately, this visit left me feeling unwelcome and dismissed. Just to be kind, i got my $5 worth of stickers and wil be spending $50+ at michael's instead.

Our delivery time was scheduled for 12 to 3pm and we were the 3rd stop. We live 5 miles from the Dania Lynnwood store. The delivery men did not show up until 5:30pm. Waaaaaay past the scheduled time & the only notification they give you is a link that repeatedly updates the time. No one calls or lets you know how long of a delay it will be. We wasted 5.5 hours of our day sitting at home waiting for the delivery. I do not appreciate people who waste my time! We also found out from the drivers they came from Lake Stevens on the last delivery (much farther in distance than our home) and they had 2 homes with 20 pieces each to assemble/deliver. Keep in mind, ours was 1 couch which only took 30 mins to assemble. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE 1st delivery, not the LAST! Very poor planning on their delivery service. This experience actually makes me think twice about shopping with Dania again.
