    6/11/25 FYI.

Quality/Quantity - Huge location. My few pictures did not do it justice. Consistent brand. The cleaner and more organized of the big box home improvement warehouses. Atmosphere - See above. Open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm and on Sundays from 7am to 8pm. Plenty of parking. Service - Self service. Price - More expensive than competitors, but still reasonably priced. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1921 with your 1700+ locations and now shrinking?!?! You were #1, the largest hardware chain store in America, until 1989 when Home Depot surpassed you. I am a customer of both companies.

I decided to order a Pit Boss pellet grill online and have them put it together for me since there was no additional charge for the delivery or putting it together. My first delivery, the grill was damaged. Upon delivery, the driver told me that it had a dent in it and that they should've called me in the morning. I received no call. They rescheduled the delivery for a new one which was supposed to be on Friday. Friday they moved it to Saturday. Saturday They moved it to Sunday. Sunday's delivery was damaged worse than the initial delivery . I was pretty irritated. Told him to take it back drove over to Lowe's. Fortunately, it's only a few minutes from my house. Asked for a manager . At this point, I figured I would just pick up the grill on my own and it put it together myself. I mean, how hard is it not to damage something . Upon speaking to the manager , she was extremely kind and apologetic and gave me 50% off, which really was not necessary. One thing about dealing with the big box stores they do back what they sell, and sometimes their customer service is really stellar. They loaded the grill into my car. I brought it home, put it together took me a few hours. But I'm happy now. And I got a $700 grill for $350

    Such a cute planter!

Not a fan of this location, but, I go to it from time to time because it's so close to home. I came Saturday afternoon for a planter for my monastera. I mistakenly didn't bring the plant with me and bought a planter too small from a different location. So, this was my final stop before heading home to work on repotting my new plant. The garden center at this location was spacious and had a lot of things. They actually had employees on the floor. No one greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. They seemed too busy on other things. I was able to find planters in a fat back aisle. Problem was the lights in the back aisles were off, so, i had to walk in the dark to get what I needed through those back aisles. Maybe this explains why there no other customers. I'm not sure if I want to come to this location again. This is not my first time here and having an "meh" experience. I rather drive to Sacramento or Fairfield next time I have to go to Lowe's. This location ain't it.

The garden section is my favorite! Plants are always nice and the ladies that work in the garden section are always so nice and helpful!

I asked to speak to the manager and apparently they were too busy to talk to me too. Lowe's is right across the freeway. I'm headed there now. Reply to Home Depot team: I have lived in the area almost 20 years. This store used to be great. But no more. I then left and went to another department and asked for a person to be called to help me in the grinder section on aisle 17. I heard the announcement loud and clear across the store PA I wait another 10 minutes and ask another department again. I hear a clear request for help on aisle 17 with grinders . I did have a gentleman announce himself as Manuel to. Please call him Manny. He was not dressed in any kind of insignia as being a Home Depot employee he said that he would absolutely help me when he saw I was looking at grinders. He shouted to another gentleman who was a distributor for another type of grinder. This person was trying to help me, but he didn't know the Dewalt grinder system, and didn't know if there was a tool that would help me take the wheels on and off again no help whatsoever from the store. Finally I approached self check out. I asked one of the ladies to please call me the manager. A gentleman who said he was one of the store managers named 'Red' came and identified himself as one of the store managers. He said he wasn't sure why nobody came up and that was too bad that happened. I ask who the GM of the store was and I was told his name Brian . But I was also told he was too busy walking around the store looking at inventory to deal with customers who are not being helped. Clearly they have lots of managers, but none of them managing. I definitely would avoid this Home Depot. It was just so conveniently located off the freeway on my way to Sacramento that I thought I would grab something I needed. What a mistake. Looks like they have all the products one could want just no help in purchasing them

There was no consistency in arrangements with many brands spread out over half the store. Many items matched what was currently in store, so my close guess would be that they carry seconds or minimally damaged/returned items. The few Le Creuset they did have were mainly in dirt brown and cerise, items that could be found online for the same price or lower. The service wasn't helpful or friendly and the store felt more like a Goodwill than the higher quality I was used to with Williams Sonoma. The final straw came when our items were rang up as the final sale price wasn't clear on the screen and didn't match the percentage listed on the shelf. Overall, there was nothing positive about this store so we never plan to return.

I began peeling off the price tags and adding the bars to the gift bags. Then, I looked closer at what had been covered up by the new price tag: "Best By: August 2025." I can't GIFT four-month expired chocolates!!?? I took the chocolate bars back out of the bags... Now I would normally take expired goods back to the seller for a return or exchange. In June 2025 we searched for an oven repair project on Yelp. The oven was overheating and the door…read morewould lock as a result. Food inside would burn. Error codes appeared and were provided to Peter who responded timely. Over time Grant and Peter both came to our home and attempted to repair the oven. Both were cordial, on time, and left the place clean but neither seemed to have the knowledge or capacity to complete the job. First visit: Grant spent a considerable amount of time researching the error codes and how to proceed using his electronic device (phone or tablet). He replaced a small part and the oven worked a few times then the problem reoccurred. We requested a more experienced tech come out and the owner (I believe) Peter came out. During that second visit Peter suggested rebuilding the motherboard. After months of waiting we received a text that the motherboard had come in. Peter reinstalled the motherboard on the third visit. During our Thanksgiving meal preparation on Thanksgiving Day the problem reoccurred. We called and sent a text in desperation - advising our ham was in the oven. We didn't hear back. We received a text message on 12/1/25, stating they were closed for the holidays, and asking if we were able to get our oven fixed? During the fourth visit Peter didn't know what else to do, and offered to install a new oven or refund the amount of the service call. He sent a quote for over $2100 for a new (low end) Whirlpool wall oven (our current oven is a slide in) which included installation and haul away of the existing oven. I had done some research and determined that that price was greatly inflated so on 12/12/25 we accepted the offer for a refund for the service call of $477. We finally received the refund via Zelle on 1/14/26, after numerous follow up attempts in writing and by phone. Based on this experience it doesn't appear their skill levels go beyond maybe simple repairs or installations. Both Grant and Peter admitted that a lot of the work they do is for home warranty companies. The integrity however is a bit bothersome - the delayed refund, lack of communication pertaining to its status, a lie from the office staff stating an email was sent on 1/5/26 asking if we had Zelle, accepting a job they weren't equipped to complete, and not having on-call response for emergencies. Sorry I can't recommend at this time.
