I've been going to my nail tech Ivy for several years now, she is also the owner of the salon and I can honestly say she is the absolute best! I've followed her to every location because her work is just that good. Every time I show her a photo of the color or style I want, she brings it to life perfectly. The shape, color, and attention to detail are always on point. She's incredibly talented, professional, and consistent nail tech qualities that are hard to come by. I always leave feeling confident and getting compliments on my nails. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality nail services. You won't be disappointed!

I love this place! In comparison to local nail salons, this place is a bang for your buck. High quality services provided at a fraction of the cost of other places. I had a super deluxe pedicure, basic manicure with gel polish, lip wax, and eyebrow wax for $86. Some places in the area charge that for just a deluxe pedicure. The staff is friendly and helpful. The salon itself is peaceful and quiet, although it is off a major road. Love coming here, and I always come back!

I called here to make an appointment shortly after they opened they said to just come in so I did . Barely had to wait and my service was fast but good quality which I loved. The BEST nail place i have been to in a while. They can do any design I show them and are very very kind. The prices are unbeatable! I got a chrome french tip for $47 before tip (easily would have been double at another place nearby). This is my second time here and I will be coming here from now on for all my nail needs. They last a long time and the technicians are extremely good at what they do. My fav nail place ever!!!! read more

The place is nothing fancy, BUT hands down the BEST mani/pedi I've ever had. They take their time, do excellent work and they are very sweet and the massage chairs are great. Great vibes here and even though it looks like your average nail salon, they treat you to a luxurious experience! I requested a same day appointment and they fit me right in. They took time when doing my nails and had no complaints that I was there past their closing time. I've been going to this place for over a year and I ALWAYS have to tell Rose when applying the nail polish to start at the top, this picture was taken inside the nail shop minutes after she finished. My mistake for not telling her right away she did a terrible job but I wasn't happy with them AT ALL!!!! I went back to 2 days later to have her fix 4 nails cause they looked a week old she got upset and told her husband to not take my appointments anymore. BAD BUSINESS!!!! As pricey as they are to begin with and A costumer can't even ask for they way they like them!!! Do yourself a favor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Look at the reviews on this page that gave 5 stars in all the pictures the cuticles don't even look cleaned up and the polish looks a week old. Work speaks for itself, and the work is crappy! I've been going to World Nails (Rose & David) since 2008. Wherever they go I go. The shop is always clean and sanitized. The customer service is AWESOME (I always feel like family when I'm there). Rose does my nails and Amy does my pedicure. Amy is the FREAKEN BOMB! When I go in I just sit down and let her do whatever design she chooses for me (I have to have a design on EVERY TOE). Amy knows which colors and designs look good on me. Amy gets my ingrown toe nails and gives the best leg massage. I will ALWAYS be their customer. I will post a few designs below. I don't always take a picture of each design but now I wish that I did so people can see some real talent (let me mention that I'm VERY picky ) read more

I came to get my nails done and everything went wonderful. David was the one who I reached out to before hand asking if they did Acrylic Overlay and they did! He was also the one that did my nails! Earlier this week I had my sugaring appointment. I arrive to the Brea location and I get the text to respond that Im there. I respond and Im waiting patiently for someone to open the door. Im looking at the window and am noticing there are no hours posted for Sunday (the day I went). Hard to see but then I notice all the lights are off. Weird?? I look back at my texts and see that I booked for the Santa Ana location and not the Brea location. THEN I call the Santa Ana location and Lesly picks up. I told her I was at the wrong location and asked if she would still take me if I came right now and she said yes. My original appointment was at 12pm and she said she can squeeze me in at 1245pm. THEN I drove to the Santa Ana location. Thank goodness she said 1245pm because I got there at 1230 driving around looking for parking. I had never been in that area before. ***The door is unlocked and I go in and I am greeted by Lesly. She told me where to go and to prep myself. Now, I will say the room I was in had a weird smell. Not a nasty smell but like an old building smell. Lesly gets to sugaring me and honestly the pain level was 2-3/10. Also, Lesly is so cool. Professional and flexible. It really felt like a friend was servicing me. We talked about the world cup, Love Island, and others things I can't remember because I took too long to write this review! I was out of there within 15 minutes. She also recommended me a coffee shop as I asked her what was good in that area. This location is really out of the way but honestly I would probably come here again just because of the service!

I have had my threading and waxing done mostly by Ana. She does a beautiful job and really makes sure she gets everything just the way I like. She also give the most amazing scalp massages (I've gotten scalp treatments done as well) My favorite is the nice extra massage they do at the end of your threading service. Her eyebrows were done poorly, and we ended up taking her to another salon in Garden Grove to have them corrected. If you decide to visit, I recommend getting to know who will be providing your service. In the past, my wife has received nothing but exceptional service here, which is why this experience was so surprising. Another concern was the payment process. She was told that a new California law requires a 20% tip to be added when paying with a card, and there was also an additional $3.50 charge for debit card users. Had we known about these fees beforehand, we would have brought cash. Based on my understanding, the explanation regarding the mandatory 20% tip did not seem accurate. I am happy to leave a generous tip when service is exceptional, but I do not believe customers should be required to pay a 20% gratuity, especially when they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service they received. While this visit was disappointing, I want to acknowledge that previous experiences here have been very positive. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.

My boyfriend brought me here because my face was red and sensitive in the flare up areas. He has been coming here since 2021 and his skin looks amazing. When I first came I was starting to see texture and kinda rough patches on my face/cheeks. I started seeing Satik to help manage those flare ups. Her treatments helped my skin so much. After seeing her my skin has been cleaner, softer, and breaking out less. I have included photos from before and after. Continually coming to see her has helped maintain my skin healthy and glowy. She uses a European extraction technique that is not very common because it can be difficult to do, however I only trust Satik. She's been doing this for so long and knows what she is doing. What's worked for me and my boyfriend with our acne is not only the facials but also the products we use on our skin. Diet helped me initially with calming my acne but everyone is different. My boyfriend has never changed his diet he just has been coming here for treatments and it's reversed the texture he's had on his cheeks and helped minimize fine lines.
