I'm so happy with my cat eye manicure and pedicure. The staff is talented at what they do and you can't go wrong with anyone you get. For my experiences, I had Jaime help me both times and she is the sweetest and very attentive of her clients.

I went in with my daughter to get a gel manicure and gel x nails. I was so happy with my experience. I've always had bad experiences with nail techs hurting me or filing/cutting the sides of my nails too short. My nail tech was gentle and didn't mess the sides like other nails techs do. I was also impressed by the design she made by hand. I've had this same design done at another place and the design was sloppier with a thicker line. It looked like I had done it myself. Tim did the gel-x for my daughter. He was fast, but gentle. He was done before my nails were done. She loved her design and had a great experience. We went on a Friday night. The place is cute. It wasn't busy and there was music playing in the background when we walked in. I will definitely come back.

I wasn't sure what to get so Tammy (also extremely cute!!) helped me with some holiday suggestions. I got a gel x set with cat eye and design. I've gotten my gel x done at many other places before but this place was refreshing to experience because of the wonderful customer service AND they also used all quality brand name products. They also seem to stay up to date with trends and offer plenty of choices in colors to choose from. I would definitely come back and highly recommend anyone to come visit Aura.

They have many different colors here to choose from and the interior design is so cute, clean and trendy. I did a walk-in and only had to wait about 15 minutes. Jamie was my tech and she was super sweet and took her time. We tried out different ideas together and she gave amazing suggestions. I came in with poorly done and crooked nails from somewhere else and she made sure to correct it. On top of that it was affordable! :) 10/10 would come again just got Jamie! Tam was incredibly patient with me and did such an amazing job. He was a perfectionist on my behalf, doing better than I could've anticipated. We tried many variations of red, but couldn't figure out one to my liking cause I'm very particular - thankfully he was accommodating with me switching over to milky French tip gelx manicure with kind suggestions. His sister who owns the salon also did an amazing job on my pedicure with really careful callus removal. I will be coming back and bringing my mom as well in the near future. This place is a 10/10, I came here with my wife for her pedicure. They are always so kind, they offer us water and tell me to sit next to my wife and use the massage chairs when it's not too busy. They are always so welcoming and friendly. Lynn usually helps us, her skills are phenomenal! Over their service is worth every cent! Where do I start...I think I finally found my go to nail tech!! I'm in fountain valley but I will definitely drive out just to go here. Spot of clean organized and staff was super friendly ! Hard to find a clean nail salon Wasn't even unbeatable like other places I've been too. I requested for cat eye gel-x and I'm so totally satisfied. My girlfriend and I booked an appointment and the response time was fast and super easy. The next day we walked in and the salon was nice, well organized and clean. My nail tech was Tam and he was so nice! I showed him what I wanted and gave advice on how it would look based on the nail length I wanted. He even mixed colors to create the shade I was looking for! Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. Nina did an amazing job with the massage and cleanup -- very detailed, gentle, and professional throughout. Jamie, Nina, and Tam were all incredibly polite, attentive, and skilled at what they do. This salon is under new management, being run by a 23 year old male , who sits at the front desk putting together models ,eating ,drinking, not paying attention to what needs to be done, Puts on blood and gore on the tv had to watch women being assalted, people getting heads chopped off , is this what should be on when you go to relax and have your mani- pedis?Not for me, really too bad love my girl, this business will go down the crapper real soon if he does not tend to business.
