Great service and Scott and Ryan are FANTASTIC!! Scott is super willing to explain any repairs needed and any repairs they recommend. Never put money into something that you don't know why. Scott is super helpful with this. I do have IT knowledge and all that they were recommending was right on track. It's so hard to find honest repair places it feels like. I have worked with these people for years and they are my go to. The inside of their store is clean and smells good. It is wheelchair accessible, has seating, TV, and drinks. They also sell computers and those are pretty well priced too and pretty new which come with a 90 day warranty. I have bought a (few) laptops from them and they are flawless. Older business laptops so they have the nicer features and faster performance with great build quality. All around great place and I highly recommend. Btw, something else I saw in a review about this place regarding them "paying for 5-Star reviews with store credit": They offer you 10 dollars of in store credit for accessories if you would leave a review based on how your experience was. That, at least for me, has been the experience every time. They don't ask for 5-Stars but rather reviews so they (and other people) can know how they are doing. Just thought I would address that because saying they are paying for 5-star reviews is false.

I had tried Battery plus where I found staff that could not handle basic customer service of listening which model of phone I needed the battery for and U break I fix to find staff answering calls who did not know how to check stock of their batteries, could not tell the cost of their parts and generally being incapable of working with customers. By the time I got to Martin, after the previous experiences, I had lost all faith in competent or helpful staff with phones. Martin restored my faith with his skillful, expertise and quick service. CMTC is where to go if you want a rapid , skillful response with phone needs.

The charger worked a TINY bit (like sometimes, if I had it positioned just right it would charge at the rate of about 10% per hour, but also just would stop charging randomly when it hadn't been touched. I called to see about the return policy which is apparently exchange only. They say this was posted but I certainly wasn't too that and there are so many posters and signs all over it doesn't surprise me that I missed it. When I called to find out what my options were the guy just kept telling me to come in and if it was damaged they would give me a new one, I said I wasn't sure I wanted to go through the bother of coming back (it's not that near me) in order to get another one that would probably be faulty too. He hung up on me. I do realize that they likely get scammed by people trying to return things and cheat them somehow, but I was very disappointed at every step of the experience. I briefly considered ordering a kit and fixing it myself, but decided I wasn't prepared to go w/o my phone if I frigged it up. So I did what I always do: turn to yelp. I saw iDoctor had 5 stars, and also read a review that said they got their phone fixed at the wireless place and had to have it re-fixed here anyway (made me feel better about my pre-judgement!). Anyhow, I made an appt because I went on a Saturday, but they do take walk-ins, time permitting. I dropped it off and it was ready before I was done devouring my Pasta Zola! Repair was $140 and he offers a sort of insurance/discount type of thing: for $20 he will fix it again for 1 yr, for $30 he will fix it twice in the next yr. I took him up on the $20 option and feel pretty good about it; gravity seems to be stronger around my phone for some reason!

Probably a great service for modern speakers... but i would definitely not reccomend for vintage…read morespeakers. I sent them my JBL LE14 speakers and I received them back with a huge dent in the original paper dustcap. They were poorly packed... almost no packing on bottom so that the actual frame of the speaker was banging whenever this package was moved, and also they didn't ship them face to face. It was really a let down. I contacted them and the solution they offered was to mail me two modern dustcaps and have me try and replace them myself. The issue is that replacing the dustcaps creates the same issue as a dented dustcap... probably a 20% reduction in value of these woofers. Also it don't feel comfortable trying to cut out the old caps and glue in new ones on white cone JBLs...thats I spent $200 sending them to professionals.
