I had dropped my Iphone and part of the corner popped out of the case, so knew I needed to get my smartphone fixed. I checked out some Yelp reviews and decided it was worth stopping by. First, Snelling Avenue was undergoing major construction when I drove there, but it was easy to get to and has its own parking lot, which is super convenient. It was empty when I went in, and I was promptly attended to. The store manager, Demetrius W, helped me. He went over the minimum labor fee of $26, and they literally fixed it within 5 minutes. I barely had to wait - had great customer service, and found the price to be reasonable from other estimates that I got online. Overall, very happy with my relatively easy Iphone fix!

When I dropped off my phone it was functioning and charging completely fine. Picked it up the next day and it wouldn't charge and was stuck in a restart cycle. Demanded to know what happened to it and after running some tests they finally admitted they had fucked the motherboard. Okay price for fixing screen but be prepared to have to buy an entirely new iPhone and if they destroy your cracked one they only refund cost of screen not $25 labor cost, which is ridiculous because all they did was destroy my phone.

The phone came and the first thing I see upon opening the box is a ticket that said refurbished. Now I still owe my current phone and they feel that I should use the remainder of what I owe for a refurbished phone. No where in the warranty does it say you will only receive a refurbished phone with only a 90 day warranty as a replacement. Be very careful when dealing with tmoble because they are very underhanded when it comes to business.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. EVER. EVER. EVER. EVER…read more I knew exactly what I wanted, I had done my research, even pulled my credit report and scores. I had print-outs of what I had chosen on the T-Mobile website. I was prepared. What I wasn't prepared for was the absolute jaw-dropping failure of customer service at this store. The one Hispanic sales guy blatantly LIED to my face about my choice of monthly plans: that I was required to purchase, at minimum, the 2.5 GB data plan if I was to have any smartphone. Folks, THIS IS NOT TRUE. I have verified this with T-Mobile's customer support. When I asked him what the reason for this was, why was I given the option of purchasing a lower data plan (500 MB) at T-Mobile's website (AND via telephone customer support/sales) but not at the store, he MUMBLED something along the lines of "well, you just gotta be careful on those other sites and read the fine print". WTF!?!? I just told him was AT T-MOBILE'S OFFICIAL SITE! The guy wouldn't even look me in the eye when answering my question poorly! Now, I'm a super calm and relaxed person, I never rage (yelling, profanity, etc) in public. I can tell when people are lying to me and this guy couldn't lie well enough to save his life. When I asked if I should make my purchase online instead, get this: He TURNED his back to me and dismissed me! Furious, I went home and called T-Mobile's customer support/sales, and they confirmed that the sales guy was making shit up. In fact, T-Mobile's telephone support staff were rather nice to talk to--they were respectful, concerned, and well... supportive. Look at that! Why this guy still has a job, I have no idea. The entire interaction, from when I walked into the store (NO greeting btw) to when I walked out was under 10 minutes. This guy takes the cake this year for pissing me off the most. Even his coworker looked embarrassed. Pretty sure John Legere would love to hear about this.
