After he opened my husband's Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional for service, the watch is no longer waterproof. automatic watches can occasionally run slightly slower than digital time, after a few years wearing it my husband wanted it adjusted. The guy should have advised my husband that, that's the nature of automatic watches instead he charged us $800 to oil it etc, the watch is now completely ruined! stopped working, the crown and some parts inside has rusted and the entire dial fogs up even with simple activities like washing his hands or shower With it! Highly recommended. This is my go-to repair shop for higher end timepieces. They are currently performing a complete overhaul of my near vintage Breitling Chronograph. Even if I only need a battery change on a quartz diver, I trust them to do quality maintenance without suggesting any unnecessary work or losing water resistance. I brought two watches in to get batteries replaced late last year, including a seiko 5. Service was super quick and reasonably priced (~$15 each). I didn't realize until shopping at a different watch store today that my seiko 5 DOESN'T HAVE A BATTERY (it has a mainspring). They charged me to replace the battery on a watch that doesn't have a battery. Like an unscrupulous auto mechanic might try to charge for changing the spark plugs on a diesel engine. Not a massive loss (like mentioned above prices are eminently reasonable), but I'd certainly think twice before trusting them with any significant work on a valuable piece. read more

I discovered it did not work at all, as winding it manually did nothing. I called the local Rolex dealer, and they quoted me a cost of $900 with a turnaround of about three months. World Time quoted $700 with a slightly shorter turnaround of two months. Fast forward two months, and I received the watch in like-new condition! Amazing service! These guys are so welcoming and great at what they do. You can tell they are watch lovers. They work closely with you to size your bracelet until you get a perfect fit. They provide free cappuccino and water as well. I specifically went to get an after-market jubilee bracelet attached for my Tudor BB58. I was not a fan of the original bracelet so I found a jubilee style one online that was designed to fit the BB58. I went to two other places before this one and neither could attach it. One shop (the one in Los Gatos) even told me that the bracelet is defective, suggesting that I bought a cheap non-original bracelet. But these guys got the bracelet on no problem! They didn't look down on me for buying a non-original bracelet. Don't go to any other watch repair place. This blows all other places out of the water! With their new location, you can see them working behind glass. So you can see what they are doing. They are not secretive like other watch places. It's really interesting to watch them work on watches. Also they share the same space with a nail spa. So while you wait you can get a mani/pedi if you'd like.
