This business ruined my Rolex watch, did not refund the fees and were not competent to fix it. They charged $1500 to replace a broken crystal. When I got it back, it was still damaged and the watch did not work. I called them and learned that they were not certified to repair a Rolex. This is not what I was told when I dropped it off. Invited me to come in so they could try to repair it again. I told them that I wanted a certified Rolex repair shop to do it. They agreed to give me a partial refund. I took it to JLICHT and sons at Westfield mall, and they recommended to send it to Rolex. I did that, and Rolex discovered that there was still glass inside the mechanism, There was damaged face and arms bars and other damage. I had to pay another $1500 for Rolex to make it right. It came back perfect, polished, and perfectly repaired. I went back to the village watchmaker and requested my refund, and he refused to give me anything back. They were rude and belligerent. These guys are dishonest, they are not skilled, and they don't care about customers. I would never go back to the village watchmaker. They were not even less expensive, they were more. I would never take any watch here. There are better options out there.

This place is like stepping back in time where craftsmen and women took pride in their workmanship. Just like in old times Sean is such a craft person. Folks are right, this isn't a discount mall shop where you take your 7-11 watch to get repaired - it's a bit more refined. Sean worked on my a automatic watch (band change, appraisal, etc) and did a superb job. He took the time to patiently track down the exact band I wanted (which was hard to come by) and charged me a fair price. Whenever I stop by he is always up for a chat and teaches me something new. His Swiss watch making education is apparent in all he does. A+++ establishment that I highly recommend!

The team over at Elegant Jewelers were able to help me out and return my watch within 24 hours. Rundown of pricing: $15 battery replacement $20 per screw replacement (actually ended up welding an earring stud that looks exactly like the screw that was missing) All in all, great customer service and now my cute accessory actually works.

I talked to them about what was going on and how I also wanted to smooth out the side prongs because they were digging into my finger. They suggested I run it all through insurance first so we could get as much of it covered. I came back when I got the okay from my insurance and Dom helped me out! We discussed what was going to be done, he gave me some tips on things we could do for my ring in the future to prevent it from bending a prong again, and then we got the quote. Hands down the best place to get your jewelers fixed! They finished it in about a week and it looks better than when I first got it! The prongs on the center stone are perfect, and the ones for the side diamonds look amazing! They were able to smooth them down a bit but then add more material to make sure they are nice and snug! Can't recommend this place enough! I will definitely be coming back to upgrade my ring a little more!

Beautiful diamonds and fine gems though. They had a fabulous sales staff in the 80's there in Campbell. But lost several women sales lady's because they weren't comfortable there. My brother bought many things for his wife there. He always worked with Saundra with a Checoslavkian name. She was the best sales lady, also Marie Furia. So if they're still there ask for them. Eeva listened to my concern and really tried to help me. Finally it took them only about two hours to fix my necklace. I was really happy with their service and definitely will recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy jewelry. And definitely I will go back with my husband for a piece for myself.
