We were looking for a watch repair shop to replace the battery on my mom's old (but sentimentally valuable) watch. Recent Yelp reviews for this business were positive - so we took a chance - and they were right! This watch repair kiosk is right next to the food court. The repair person replaced the battery in less than 5 minutes (and even reset the time on the watch to match real time). The service is priced by the watch brand (several tiers of pricing) - for my mom's watch, it was about $17. It might have been cheaper to do it myself, but I would have had to research the battery type, purchase the new battery (if it was readily available), and have the right tools to replace the battery and do it correctly. Watch Plus is inside the Great Mall. They are near the food court and Uniqlo. There is mall parking in the big parking lot or in the parking garage. Prices depends on the brand of the watch. I have gotten the batteries for my watches changed here multiple times. It is the same guy who works on my watches every time - he is efficient and quick. I usually wait around less than 10 minutes and he is done. read more

The kiosk is pretty easy to find, just past the food court. The gentleman was not there when I arrived, but since he's the only one there, he was likely just taking a short break. I texted the number that he left on the sign and he returned within minutes. I had him change out the battery on my watch, which I assumed was the reason why it wasn't working. He checked my battery and told me that it isn't a problem with the battery but likely the internal components and referred me to a different shop for further diagnosis. He did not charge me for his time. He's very honest and straight forward and I trust him. read more

Don't let the wagon store fool you. Very efficient and professional service with quality. Batteries are all Renata (If you spend more than a few hundred dollars on your watch, you should know that not all the watch batteries are made equal.) and replaced in less than 5 min. They also carry wide variety of watch bands and a staff can tell you exactly what they can do at what cost up front. Jackie, the sole staff today, had managed all 14 watches (8 different brands) working and polished while I waited. He was very polite and knowledgeable about all the different watches. You can also buy a battery here if you choose to do it yourself. No need to go Amazon. I will come back in 2~3 years as all my watches are updated today. I've been to this little cart shop in the Great Mall twice already and both experiences has been satisfying. I went both times to get watches sized and linked and the guys that work there are very good and fast at getting the job done. Cost me 10 bucks flat both times and took only 1 minute. Good stuff. Remember, this is a Kiosk! Not a department store. I went here because the other watch store (Watch Station International) only sells watches and replaces batteries for the brands that they carry. A worker from Watch Station referred me to this Kiosk. A battery change took around 10 minutes. I highly recommend coming here for any watch repairs and battery changes. read more

I give it 5 stars because not only did they have the band replacement that I needed, the guy working there Tuesday when I went there was really fast at replacing my watch band. He was helpful and courteous. They also have reasonable prices too. I can't say for the sale of watches..but I can vouch for the replacement parts. I could have gotten a better price online (maybe few dollars cheaper) but nothing beats being able to chose your own product and having free installation. I'm more than willing to pay a lil extra for a fast and accurate installation (even though I'm a cheap ass). :X read more
