A great place to go if the time you have, can be wasted! I took my wall clock into The Tick Tock Shop, the first week of October, 2021. I was told that it likely needed only a cleaning and that it would be a two month wait. After three months, I called and was told that it was still in the staging line and that it would likely be another month. Six weeks ago, I called again. This time I was told that he was doing clocks, left off in September and that it would be another two weeks. I got the exact same story today, when I called. The owner sounded pretty stressed and accused me of wanting to have my clock done, ahead of the others. I gave up and picked my untouched clock up, today. The Tick Tock Shop is a hidden gem in downtown Santa Clara. I have been taking time pieces (watches, antiques, mantle clocks, wall clocks) to Jason for years. He is truly amazing in his knowledge and craft. One time, I even had him come to my home when I inherited a family antique wall clock I got from out of state. It hadn't worked in years. After it arrived, I had him come, take the works back to his shop for repair, then replaced the working "innards" and hung the heavy clock where we wanted it and calibrated it.
