I immediately brought the car back, which caused me to miss work. Over the next four days, I experienced extremely poor communication and customer service. I was then charged an additional $1,260, bringing the total to over $4,000, despite the original problem never being resolved. During this time, Julio forgot to order parts, Blamed Mercedes for delivery delays that were his responsibility Completed only part of the work he originally quoted, later denied ever quoting $3,800 or offering a $2,800 cash price The lack of accountability, shifting explanations, and failure to resolve the original issue made it clear that he was not trustworthy. Without me asking they also checked the tire that was removed and found a nail in it and showed it to me. The tire had been losing air and I thought it was because of a bent rim. They patched my tire , changed my rims and did it within 10 minutes. Very fast service. And then I was shocked at how low I was being charged for all of that. They have a sign showing charges for their services and to me they are undercharging. Next time I have tire problems , I will go to this place and bring some cash with me so I can tip them for their excellent work and give them something more than what they charge. They deserve it.
