Bright, clean, spacious, it's so ample with two living room spaces and ample bedrooms (that have GREAT mattresses in them btw), we felt so fortunate to have this to come back to after some aggressive hiking. The kitchen is superbly appointed, with a fantastic stove - and a grill that works. You will love this space! We will be back next year and this will be our spot. Felt so luxurious for the pricing. How about white hotel towels and flat sheets? Who does this? I personally only use a flat sheet as a top sheet. Uncomfortable beds, but ok for Thanksgiving Dinner. I emailed 3 times and have not had a response This seems very unprofessional. Let alone false advertising This was the most expensive rental that I looked at compared to other agencies, but I thought for a few more dollars it would be special I'll let you be the judge. I will never use them again as there are plenty of very good rental agencies in Sunriver. I have been renting homes in Sunriver for about 20 years and have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner

The worst vacational rental property unit and agent I have ever used. I cannot recommend using this…read moreagency to any one! The manager of the property never left her desk or spoke to me on 4 visits to their office with my concerns or requests. The rental description failed to state the house backed up to an active railroad line with trains going through frequently including around 4am or the winding staircase to the upstairs bedrooms in the kitchen! According to the maid tip request the last cleaning was 3 months before our stay. Entering the rental, there were no coverings over a 36" sq. window, there was no gate around the outdoor hot tub which opened to the street, there was no heat to the up stairs bedrooms and bath, there was mold and exposed wires to light in shower, the pillows on bed were soiled and not enough pillow cases to cover the stains, the smell of pet urine from the soiled (stains brown covered the underside) rug in the laundry room could knock you on your butt, and the kitchen cabinets exterior was peeling off the doors...the manager offered a compensation after the 4th trip to the office which was puny. I asked that the front walk be shoveled after the snows and the put down blue salt to melt the snow which is toxic to dogs let alone burning their paws. The rentals around the unit, managed by another company were plowed and shoveled after each storm...not of interest to this manager. I offered to show the manager pictures of the problems with the unit but she did not respond or show interest. I'm physically disabled and would not have rented this unit if I had known about the train traffic, spiral staircase, lack of heat to the upstairs bedrooms and bath, or the managers lack of concern for the snow removal and ice accumulation on the car park. I would never rent from this agency again even though I visit Sun River frequently and plan a trip again in April.

They refuse to get on any of their properties but feel entitled to take away the basic property rights off of their own mistakes which leaves renters confused and unable to get the necessities they paid for. They are an unethical company that is quick to ignore issues and take as much money they can get from anyone.

If I could give a few negative stars, I would. My friend booked the rental and it although it…read moredidn't seem new or modern as other rentals, he was kind enough to book it for us. However, I wished he had Googled reviews on them; because they are not kind. The week before we were to leave, he received a call indicating the hot tub would not work. They didn't offer to reimburse for the false advertisement; and indicated they would think about it. But never call to say one or the other. Another friend of mine rented a vacation place in Sunriver and received a similar call, but with a $100 reimbursement. This place did not. On the first night we got there, I was the second party of many to arrived noticed the place was decent. Nothing glamorous or spotless, it was simply there. Since we arrived late in the night, we made dinner. When I went to use the microwave, it didn't have a handle. You can see the only way to open it is to pull the section in which the handle used to be. Daily, everyone left to hike and snowboard during the three day weekend. We cleaned the place after each usage. We hung out at the home playing board games we brought. Nothing insanely crazy to cause any damages to the house. When we came back to Portland, my friend received an angry phone call. He indicated the lady screamed at him and sent him pictures of damages done to the house: the missing microwave handle, a hole in the wall never a doorway, and an uncleaned section of the wall next to the toilet. My friends and I were all shocked at these accusation, since we didn't do or caused them. None of us caused them, yet they indicated we did. Ironically, the pictures were of the house, but they didn't match the items currently in the house. For instance, the picture with the hole in the wall had a rug reflected in the glass panel, but I remembered there were two rugs in the same spot, which seemed fishy. As for the microwave handle, it wasdefinitely broken before we arrived. The plastic seems worn out, something that would take months to shown the run down, chipped plastic; not an indicident only 2-3 days off. This rental property has been nothing but poor and forgettable. I don't recommend anyone renting from them. Very unprofessional and a $300 bill in addition to the rental to show for it. The house is called, "Three Pine Lodge".

My family and I decided to stay at the "Georgia Peach" over Thanksgiving. The house was lovely, but working with the rental company was an absolute nightmare. I would highly suggest you find another rental company for your stay in Bend. I booked the rental on 11/9 and was overcharged right away. The refund took 6 days to be returned to me. When we left the property we had washed the dishes, cleaned up the rooms and put a load of towels in the washing machine as stated on our contract. I got a phone call Friday, when I got home that two towels were missing from the property. Because I was traveling with my sisters family I told the woman I would call my sister and see if the towels were in her luggage and call her right back. My sister did not have the towels in her luggage, so I called the woman back and left a voicemail. I also sent an email confirming that my sister had put a load of towels in the washing machine and these towels must be with the others. I did not hear anything back from the rental company. Sunday I logged into my bank account to balance my checkbook and noticed I'd been charged $95 from the rental company. I called and got no answer so I sent an email stating that I wanted to know why I was charged, I felt it was inappropriate to debit my account without first alerting me to a problem. I got a call from the rental company later in the day. The woman told me that FOUR towels were missing and a red blanket. I told her we did not have the towels and we never saw a red blanket in the living room the entire time we were there. I asked her to have her manager please call me on Monday. The manager called me at 1:15pm Monday and right from the start, I feel, was very abrupt and rude on the phone. She interrupted me multiple times and would not give me straight answers to my questions. She went from making a confusing situation, maddening. And I find it suspicious Friday afternoon we were told it was two towels, and then Sunday we were told it was four towels and a blanket. I tried to speak with her about this, but she interrupted me and said, "I've been doing this for 9 years, and no one EVER has the stuff that is missing" and cut me off. I also think you should also read her comments posted on yelp. At this point, there are 14 reviews on Yelp and 9 of them are either 1 or 2 stars all stating the same (or similar) issues. This is not a fluke; I am not the only one that this has happened to. Please do not let it happen to yourself.

The king sized beds were comfortable but HIGH off the ground. I am 5'4" and had to climb/jump to get up on the bed in the master. Neither bedroom has a private bath. The house has LOTS of stairs, so not a good choice for those with mobility issues. Large deck is nice but only has a table to seat 4 with a small, 2 seat glider chair next to it and on the other side of the house are two lounge chairs so the outdoor seating is limited. Did not use the BBQ. No clocks anywhere except one with a dead battery over the stairwell. Hot tub is big and there are lots of "pool" towels but the only way to get to it is thru the master bedroom or a door from the back deck. Overall, my stay at this property was very nice and fit my needs.

The listing gave the impression that we would be staying in Sunriver, but the property was actually miles away. We were not familiar with the area, and that distinction made a huge difference. We were provided with bikes, but what's the point of having bikes when the property is too far away to realistically bike into Sunriver? We ended up needing a car just to get where we expected to be staying. In my opinion, the way these properties are marketed is deceptive at best and could easily mislead people who aren't familiar with the area. The location should be made much clearer upfront rather than making guests assume they are actually staying in Sunriver. We would never stay here again, and I would strongly recommend that anyone booking carefully verify the exact location before making a reservation.
