I was planning to get a lift kit put on my 2016 Dodge Ram, We hadn't even made it out of Lexington and they already were calling claiming that my lower control arms "wouldn't work." When I asked for a price estimate, they hung up. When we got back into town they called again and said my lower control arms were also unusable because of a "seized bolt" and finally quoted me $925 for parts that cost around $250 online. Minutes later they "revised" it to $725 as a "discount" which is still extremely overpriced. I told them to stop all "work"and I picked up my truck. After leaving, I pulled over and noticed my reverse camera cord had been cut, and one of my caliper bolts was missing, meaning they reassembled my truck in an unsafe condition that could've caused serious damage down the road. I later installed the lift myself and confirmed the parts they claimed were unusable were completely fine. No bolts were seized and everything went smoothly. Between the inflated pricing, the lack of professionalism, and the unsafe work, I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. Don't waste your time or money with them whatsoever.

What happened? And the extras they're adding are incredibly expensive. If the thing I'm getting fixed costs $300, I don't want to be told you need these little things and it ends up being $600. Instead of removing the nail and risking deflation on the road, I stopped at a S & S Tire Center near Nicholasville, KY and asked if they could pull the nail, then repair the puncture. A technician returned from the service area and shared the nail didn't completely pierce the tire and that I was good to go. When I asked what I owed, he smiled and said "nothing." He kept putting me off, saying he was 2 weeks behind. Finally he agreed to let me bring it on May 1, 2023. I called that morning and he wasn't in until 9 am. He called me back & said he was running behind could I wait till Wednesday & bring it. I did. Never heard a work so 5/19/23 I called to get status. His 'story' was he couldn't get parts, they were on backorder. Only parts needed were Power steering pump lines that were rotted and leaking and a transmission seal. I told him there are Internet websites where you can order parts. He says "yeah I know but they're on back order" (??). He was lying to me. I can tell when somebody is not being honest with me. So I had to go June 5th to get registration from glove box so I could send in the tax & license renewal. He still hadn't touched it. The glove box was messed up, not opening/closing right and covered in greasy hand/finger prints. I told him we really needed the car as both of us were sick and had so many appointments. He said the parts may be there on Wednesday. Surprisingly, he called me on Tues and said we could pick up the car. I went over the several things he had said was wrong and he said he had fixed all them. I picked the car up & he only charged $120. I asked him about the Glove Box not working right,, to which he replied " I don't know anything about the glove box, I was under the hood. The receipt he printed out said "repair transmission seal"...that's all. Got home and daughter noticed some serious scratches on the hood that was not there when we took it in. The entire time I worked with him on this car -over a month- he was rude, had an attitude and treated me like trash. It's like my money wasn't as good as somebody elses. I will never use him again and will tell everybody I know about his shoddy work and pissy attitude. He needs to hire somebody with a personality to manage his business and he needs to keep his head under somebody else's hood.
