Out of the blue Worldwide Vacations kept calling me, never my wife whom I told them to talk to. They said my vacation? (that I do not remember) expired and it would be $299 to extend it 5 yrs. As soon as I said "that wasn't happening" he hung up as if I was wasting HIS TIME. I called back and got a lady who insisted it was an accident and said they would not call again. Good Riddance! Purchased a Worldwide Vacations upgraded package for $900 after being called about an expired vacation package. About 2 or 3 months after the purchase attempted to use it for international vacation stay. Discovered wasn't able to give the 60 day prior notice for booking. The next time made sure to book over 60 days in advance and was told the first available date was over 5 months away. The cost for booking was $199 pp for a 5 day/4 night stay. The WWV package is worthless to me when 2 to 3 months notice is insufficient. I need some control of when I vacation. Was given the impression 2 months notice was a virtual guarantee. I would like a refund. Please beware of any WWV package. read more

This company fraudulently charged me for $400 that I did not authorize. I don't even know what it is for. They will not answer their phone. They will not return my calls. Their employee (Chris Stevens) gave me his "personal phone number" to use if I had anything he could help me with. He does not answer that number. He does not return my calls. They call from several different phone numbers. They claim they have taken over the accounts from Universal Vacation Resorts (not the theme park in Florida) and want to make things right if I give them more money. I purchased a fake vacation through Universal Vacation Resorts. Every time I tried to call and book the vacation, they would put me on hold and then when I called back, they would block, my phone number. Do not believe a word they say. Do not give them your credit card information. You will be sorry. Read all the reviews. How the State of Florida/Attorney General has not put them out of business is a shame to consumers. I guess they can't stop them since they will reopen another business with another name. Do yourself a favor, book directly with the cruise line, hotel company etc., Do not book any travel through third parties. read more

I have bought a package with them and paid $350. They are not responsive when it comes to book. I went to Mexico for one of the locations. They add many unknown costs when you want to book and the meeting for time sharing was a real headache. 4 people talked to us one after another and we didn't buy the agent was very rude. It took us like 3 hours. We checked the Expedia package before we go and with fight it was like 200 on top of this cost that I think totally worth it. read more

Purchased a package to Cancun for my mother and I, with absolutely no understanding that I had to be over the age of 30 to book the final resort reservation. Now they are telling me I have to transfer the package to my mothers name and she HAS to bring her spouse along, and I can be considered their "guest" in order to use the package. My mothers spouse is not interested in traveling. I'm now stuck with a package that I cannot use because it WAS NOT properly advertised that I had to be of a certain age to use the package for international travel. This is poor advertisement. They totally lied about their "bonus gifts." They told us the add on gift was 8 days anywhere in the US - they were specific about saying we can and should go to Hawaii - with plane tickets and hotel for 4. NO EXTRA FEES. They were adamant that there would be no more fees. AMAZING. We did Vegas. Listened to the spiel. Got the bonus gift certificates a few days later for limited cities, not Hawaii, for 2 nights. Plus, we would have to pay $250 per person more in fees. No one is answering my emails or calls. SUCH A SCAM. Will never do anything with them again. I wish I could rate less than 1. And the office we visited was a hole in the wall next to a marijuana dispensary. read more

We bought a 3 nights vacation package with them and got charged 300 to stay at SLS hotel(way over price!). They mentioned it would include the Resort Fee and they lied! We found out when we checked out of SLS hotel and we had to pay an additional 100. Then, they tried to sell us a website membership for travel and told us on the phone it was a quick meeting. I had to call probably 20 times to set up my reservation. Then when they finally did give me a "confirmation" it did not have a confirmation number. So I called the hotel, big surprise, they did not have anything under my name. Luckily I did not show up to the hotel and called in advance. I have asked for a refund, but have yet to hear back. So I am in the process of reporting the charge as fraud to my credit card company. read more

Total Scam, I bought a package for 6 locations for $509 thinking I got a great deal but each time I call to make reservation, they don't have any available for me, and finally I called to get the Orlando Resort, they charged me $50 for late booking fees and offer me to upgrade for $209 to a 1 bedroom condo and $309 to 2 bedroom condo, I paid them, no emails back for the location, finally I called them, they gave me the resort name, I googled the Resort name, which is Silver Lake Resort, a link popped up which is GetawayDealz.com offering $199 for 4 days 3 night in 2 bedroom condo. Please do the math. on top of my purchase from the company, I have to pay more than what a regular customer with get for the stay and I still have to go for 90 presentation. Stupid me. read more

Scam Alert!!! Promised 3 night stay at hotel, $300 slot play, $300 Dining, 4 show tickets, and $1500 in savings passport. Booked hotel as required when I showed up there was no reservations at the hotel. Of course Worldwide vacations is closed at the time of check in so no way to contact them. Contacted them the next day and was told reservation was cancelled which is a lie. Next I was told to call back 2 days later to talk to a manager. Could not contact anyone left a message and no call back. Went to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and filed a criminal complaint. read more

Originally bought a 3 night, 4 day hotel stay of my choice and was promised other freebies, plus 2 nights after the first meeting at either Disney land or Disney world hotel( never got it). I booked at the Golden Nugget was very lucky to get covered, but for the same money I could have just stayed and skipped the meeting which was a long drawn out, arm twister. I ended up signing(stupid) a 2 year package for $995.00. it came with a guarantee that if a cheaper price was found that they would match it plus 10%. I used it once. I bought an airline ticket for $67.00 more than their price. I tried to get them to match it, but they denied it. said they did not cover plane fare. they gave me show tickets for signing up with them. the tickets were all buy one get one and required a meal or drink. more bogus stuff. we discovered one of the show tickets had expired a full year prior to them giving them to us. It gets worse. I foolishly bought the two year package and just tried to use it and it says my membership has expired. Before realizing who these people are, I bought a package for $359. I was supposed to get 3 nights at the LINQ which is run by Ceasers palace and a buch of free play and visa debit cards. I have been trying to find someone to honor that deal. they have a customers service number that is out of order. the Linq and ceasers don't know who these people are. The meeting where I had to sign the vacation package was at 105 E Reno ave, just off the strip. I was there on november 17th, 2017 and there is no office there now. I have no idea where they operate from. probably over seas. I am going to complain to the BBB, put this on Face Book and file a fraud complaint with the Nevada consumer protection office.
