Our hot water was not circulating .. no hot water on the opposite end of the house (from the water…read moretank). I called someone else for second opinion - they came out and simply turned on the circulation pump (which was in the off position). Everything working fine !! Just a small charge for a service call. I called a local company and he came out today. The AC is working. The motor is just fine. I'm guessing Nelson didn't check to see if the unit was still frozen when they came out. I spoke to the ladies in the office and they said they had been tracking the motor that they ordered and a week after they ordered it she said the company thought it was ground shipping versus expedited shipping. At that moment, she should've said switch it to overnight shipping and it'll be here Friday. It is now Monday and there is still no part. Someone or multiple people are not doing their jobs. Highly UNRECOMMENDED.

Unfortunately they were not familiar with what was required to service our Navien unit: Clean the two inlet water filters, Clean the intake air filter, Clean the condensate trap, Flush/descale the heat exchanger, visually inspect Check Valve and Igniter and verify operation. So I give them One Star for not doing all the above. I do give them Five Stars for returning to see the could resolve the issue. A Navien Authorized Installer had to come out and get the unit working correctly and identified that the items to check during a service call were not done. Owens acknowledged they need to review their procedure for servicing tankless water heaters and agreed to issue a full refund (Five Stars)
