My surgery was a 2-parter and I had to return to have it finished. 6. Sure they did it, but come to find out it was a sloppy procedure and I am left with problems with my bone. Dr. Croft is very skilled as a dentist, explains everything and quite simply, gives you a confident feeling that things will be taken care of. There's never been an issue with billing and when balances are due from insurance only covering a portion of the fees, they are always willing to work with you. It's a kick coming to his office as he unashamedly displays his patriotism and somewhat partisan lean, but NEVER pushes it on anyone. I like that, respect that and appreciate his approach to life and his respect for his patients. If you're considering making a change, or your insurance program offers Dr. Croft as an option, take it. You'll wonder why other dental offices aren't this cool.

FDG offers a variety of dental services, including sedation dentistry (hence the "cater to cowards" slogan). Of course they accept insurance, cash and/or credit, but has also teamed up with Cherry, a financing company that may finance your services (if approved). The office itself is nestled in the Spring Ridge community in East Frederick. It's clean, bright, and comfortable. FDG posts information in various areas of the office for their patients' reading pleasure. There is a beverage station in the waiting area, that has coffee and water to enjoy while you wait... and their ambient music is awesome!
