The girl behind the desk was trying to force x-rays on me that I had already had. She said if I don't have the x-rays then I can't be a patient. I said I guess I'll have to cancel my appointment since I've already had X-rays and for health reasons do not wish to have them again. Her response? Okay! They don't care if I'm a patient! Not only that their tone was so rude when they called me first thing in the morning while I was still having breakfast to confirm my insurance and they treated me as if I was some kind of a criminal! I told them if there were any problems I just pay out of pocket. It wasn't a problem I'm just coming for a cleaning. But no! That witch in the office was going to tell me differently and they kept calling my phone harassing me! And you know from their perspective it's all the customers fault. These girls need to grow up and get a life. They are ruining the practice of the doctor. And if you think that you have to have treatment forced upon you and you have a doctor telling you that? They have no legal rights. The bottom line is this doctor will only accept patients that will use up services they don't need at a certain price. Very sad! I don't care who it is! She was able to remove a broken 50+ year old post that was holding my cap in place, insert a new post and replace the cap with no pain or trauma whatsoever. In the spring of 2007 my dentist in the Fredneck area recommended I have my remaining wisdom teeth removed and recommended Dr. Michael Will, who just so happen to have his office 3 miles from home. Bonus. I made my appointment and went for the consult. I don't remember this consult very much as having teeth pulled was pretty common for me. (Before I had braces I needed 10 [yes, ten] baby teeth pulled.) It was when I was lying in the chair and he finished discussing the teeth removal that my memory really kicks in. At the very end he asks me, "do you often wake up in the middle of the night and you're not breathing?" What?! Yes! How'd he know?? He goes on to tell me he has much more education than just oral surgery and goes into how looking in my nose he can tell I likely sleep poorly. Bingo. Nailed it on the head. Dr. Will could have told me about the procedure he'd like to do to improve my sleep, but he doesn't. That's the easy move and that's not him. To ensure my apnea is mechanical, versus neurological or some other version, he sends me to do a sleep study and and have more tests which take about 2-3 weeks. I don't mind this because one, I've never had surgery; it scares me and two, he's being thorough ensuring that his procedure will correct my problematic sleep. I eventually have the procedure and was thrilled. I remember laying down on the surgical table, then I have a vague memory of goofing off in a wheelchair, then I'm sitting on my neighbors couch and their kids are putting stickers all over my sweatshirt. Zero pain. None, only mild discomfort for about 4 days. On day 4 I go back to his office and Dr. Will proceeds to remove roughly 325 feet of gauze from my nostrils. (I may be exaggerating.) While it didn't hurt, it was certainly a VERY strange sensation having that much packed gauze pulled from your nose like a clown pulls scarfs from his sleeve. It's now 2019 and as he told me back in 2007, I may need the same surgery once again. I'm here leaving a note as I prep for the same surgery far away from Maryland. If I were still in the USA I'd 100% go back to Dr. Will for the work he performed.

I had several old silver fillings that I wanted replaced due to cosmetic reasons, a build up from a route canal that had no pain and a tooth that was slightly chipped . Dr. Dinh refused to replace the fillings until I had agreed to let him crown both teeth with no pain. I should have ran. I finally agreed to let him crown the two teeth ( one was a molar). After he finished, I had to return to him approximately 7 times complaining that food was getting trapped in between the molar and it had became very painful. Instead of replacing the crown he continued to give me the run - around. Mind you, I had been going to him every 6 month to have my teeth cleaned , examined and x-rayed. All of a sudden he said i had bone loss where he put the crown. I ask, "how could this be"? As a result of his negligence I have severe bone loss where he put the crown and now the tooth has to be extracted. The tooth in front of the molar has constantly hurt every time I bite down on it. He continued to con his way through every visit. Please, run from him if you want to keep all of your teeth in your head. Wait time 10 minutes

For those who dont like TVs playing news in waiting areas, this place doesnt do that. I have a long history of dental care and I've spent many hours in a dentist chair since childhood, but I'm no longer apprehensive about coming for my visits since I've been coming here. I definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for a family run dentistry that knows what they're doing, and that cultivates a nice atmosphere.

Since that time, he's helped restore almost every tooth I have. With at least 1 crown and 2 root canals, plus a dozen or more fillings. His work has always been flawless - and entirely pain free! So good, in fact, that my entire family are patients here. About the only service he couldn't provide for us was surgical extraction of my daughter's wisdom teeth. Otherwise, we've always been happy to come here, and are always comfortable in the chair with him.
