I'm very impressed by this car wash. It wasn't busy at all which I was concerned about initially, but the prices are great to be honest. I did the cheapest wash and it cleaned my car wonderfully I was able to vacuum my car after it was clean and they had towels provided to touch up any spots that weren't dry. Today after being sent through car wash by Employee Christina, I noticed after the final rinse and the car was getting air dried that the exit bay door was closed. As the track moved my car closer I could tell the door was not going to automatically open and the track was not going to stop. I attempted to apply my brake, but the track continued to move and push my vehicle into the bay door. I immediately pressed my horn, as I also had another vehicle behind me that was moving closer to me, unable to go anywhere, continuing to be pushed into the door. Finally, Christina stopped the car wash and came up to the front of my vehicle, telling me to back up. She rolled up the door and took her phone out, looking at the front of my truck briefly. When I put my window down, I was expecting some type of sorry for the negligence, only to be told "you can come back around for another wash". Upset would be an understatement. Meh. My car's 8 years old so I tend to not care how it looks. I often joke that it gets semi-annual car washes when I get my semi-annual oil changes. However, we had a sprinkle of rain a few weeks ago and it made pollen stick to my car and look even more unsightly than usual. It probably doesn't help that I only drive about 100 miles a week now due to the quarantine. So, I decided to get a car wash to make ol' Shitvic shine again. This place is right by my apartment and advertises $3 car washes. The $3 car wash is super basic, then they offer a $7 wash and a $10 one. There's one even more expensive than the $10 one but I didn't bother entertaining that. I settled on the happy median $10 wash. The wash itself was fine. Pretty standard for the drive through car washes in the area. They do give you a free car freshener and a dashboard wipe. However, I got home and took a look at my car and wasn't too impressed. The dryers didn't seem to do much of anything, as my car was still speckled with water drops. It also had some residual dirtiness on the roof. Kind of annoying considering my car isn't particularly high or low, so it shouldn't be that hard for the brushes to clean the roof. Oh well. $10 could've been better spent on something else. I'll just wait until oil change time rolls around again instead of getting another meh car wash. read more

This place scratched the crap out of my car! I've included pics of my hood and I will update with pics on each side of the body tomorrow in the day light. The hood damage is very obvious it was from the huge mop/brushes. The chips on the sides are huge and they are fresh and sharp so it has to be from today. How can it chip off paint? DO NOT GO HERE! This place on Craig Road ran my car into the car in front of me. If you don't want damage to your car DO NOT GO HERE!! I couldn't see anything, but it felt like a roller coaster as soon as I got in. Within 5 seconds, I felt my car hit something. They stopped the wash and when the soap cleared it was clear that my car had hit the car in front of me. I was forced to back out and was told the employees had called the manager. I pulled around and had to go in to find the manager. He didn't even bother to come out. My license plate and my license plate holder were smashed along with some other questionable damage. The holder fell right off my car. I was told they wouldn't do anything about it and I never even got a refund for my wash. The manager here is horrible. Wouldn't even give it 1 star if I didn't have to. And the wash was $11 not $3. read more

Well I took a chance with this car wash since there isn't much to choose from close to were I live. I had to go through twice and even then had dirt spots on my car. They don't offer any towels to wipe down car that I am used to, but with the heat car dried up fast. I have set up membership monthly but I'll give it a month and see what my thoughts are by next payment. Suggestions fix scanner to read bar codes the machine didn't read mine for the longest time even people that pulled up were having issues with machine reading. But when my husband pulled up in his vehicle the gate just opened which we had never been there before so I presume that particular day there was malfunction issues happening. read more

I love how during Covid they have every other vacuum station open so we all can still practice social distancing! This car wash does an average car wash, the major issues are that you pay for a monthly service but they continuously run out of the additional items that you are paying for. There RFID system does not work properly so the service does not correctly scan the barcode so you cannot use the service unless some is at the machine which is limited or you have to get out of Tour car to complete the transaction. The concept is great but they have not worked out how to put it into practice. read more

Do not do business with this company! On 9/17/2023 I went to this car wash and took advantage of the 50% off promotion on $29.99. which resulted in a $14.99 cost. I was advised that I would be able to receive 2 car washes for 1 month. I never took advantage of the 2nd car wash. I only used the car was once on 9/17/2023. However, on 10/17/2023 I noticed an automatic payment of $29.99 pending on my credit card that I did not authorize. I drove to the location on Cheyenne and Rancho in Las Vegas NV to dispute the charges being placed on my card. I spoke with a new employee Allen who upon review of the account with my phone number and credit card number, the records showed us that the membership was not even in my name. My credit card information was assigned to a Charles Brooks of whom I do not know. I asked to have my information removed. I was told that the account would be terminated effective 10/17/2023 per my physical request at the location. Yet, I was still billed $29.99 for October on 10/17/2023. My account was not TERMINATED. This is not a company that I would recommend to anyone simply because of how they used my credit card information and gave it to another customer. Now I have to make another physical trip to this location to resolve my issue. NEVER use this car wash. By no means do not ever sign up for their membership. Find someplace else to get your car wash and avoid the aggravation. I wish that I could actually give this company zero stars!!!!!! There was also a white guy there named Lance that had confirmed that my account was terminated on that day of 10/17/2023. The reason for a low star score is the fact that the middle pay station wasn't working correctly and the workers knew that it wasn't. But, didn't do anything to correct the situation. There's no sign when you purchase The car wash saying they are out. So when I asked the guy at the entrance to the car wash before entering he then states we do not hand those out right now since the coronavirus. That is fine and I'm OK with that. But they should have had a note or put that part out of order when purchasing a car wash so you don't get into the bait and switch. Woo it is getting so hot that even I gave up washing my own car in front of home. I wet the car and water spots, scrub the car and the suds dry on the car before I have a chance to wet the car down again. Then I have to vacuum with an old dirt devil platinum series and it just don't cut it anymore. Wax? I have flash wax and it is somewhat a pain to set it with this heat. Ahh forget it, I will just do the car wash like everyone else who cares for their vehicles. I tried a lot of companies in Vegas, some out of the way and I tried "Wow car wash" down Lake Mead and Torrey Pines and my little gray car needs to be ran through the wash again! This is just that Vegas dust and pollen too. I think it was $20.00 or so. The vacuums there were in the weaker side which will not cut for me because of all the dog hair in the back seats. I had to keep exploring and found "Ultra Clean Express Carwash" that is close to my work and next to a "Taco bell" Sounds like two birds with one stone. I purchased the $15.00 wash and I was impressed! Easy instructions on the kiosk, drive in and the guys line you up and passed me a dash wipe and mulberry scent pad. Tired of that thunder bolt whatever scent and that cherry stuff that most carwashes give you know? The big rotary brush actually comes down and cleans the rear bumper and trunk lid as I have been looking for years! Finally! The Terrible Herbst in Lake Mead and Rampart never did which leaves my car clean but, not the back of the trunk lid and bumper. It seems as the carnauba wax with the blue, purple and yellow looking suds seems to be dumped more uniform and much longer than all of the competing Car washes in the valley. The sealer wax, clear one that drops like a steady stream of rain seems to be sprayed on your vehicle much longer than the competing car washes as well. Then comes the blowers, it is effective for my compact cars. Tip: Personally, I like to bump my wiper blades about three times to help get the water off while the blowers are going. My car is a 2006 and my weather stripping has been on. Lucky, I guess? Whoever puts the disclaimer was smart. The vacuums are everywhere and each stations has those mat holders. Those vacuums are strong! Partly, when I am there there is the employee with the yellow beanie walking around each station with a dowel making sure no obstructions in the vacuum hoses. Thanks guy with the yellow beanie Haha. The employees also clears the the vacuum collector and the trash cans often. There are also maybe two bug brush stations, perhaps, it be wise to go to the bug stations first before the car wash? If you are next to the office on there are two family restrooms, two vending machines full of microfiber cloth, wipes, etc. at affordable prices. There is also the mat machine which seems to scrub and suck the dog hair pretty well and it is complimentary. I use it about three times per mat. I had to try it again and I was equally as impressed as the first time so I bought the VIP car wash pass which is automatically billed to my account each month for 25.00 a month. The only gripe is the RFID reader has a problem reading often so I have to back away from the kiosk and go to the office and flag the attendants down to the attendants to allow grant me entrance. It could be computer problem or the ceramic windshield tint that is on my car. You all have to try it for yourself. Five stars for me. read more

I'm a big fan of this car wash. It's operated very smoothly and has a very fair price. You can purchase a monthly car wash for like 2-3x the normal price which to me is a steal. One of my favorite features is that they'll sell you a microfiber towel at the check in station in case you forget yours! I will say however the car wash will not clean anything that is like thick on your car, you will need to hand wash that then get a car wash. It's very pleasing that they always have so many free vacuums and they even have a "bug scrubbing" station where you can get those thicker issues out before washing. The prices for this car wash are very reasonable! I also love that vacuuming is free. The car wash is set up very well with stations to vacuum. I paid $6 for my car wash and was able to vacuum out my whole car for free which was long overdue.
