Great self-serve car wash! Uncle Rayski's Magic Car Wash is clean, easy to use, and everything worked perfectly. The self-serve bays were well-maintained, and the pressure on the hose was strong -- made rinsing off the grime a breeze. The soap and foam brush stations had plenty of product, and I didn't feel rushed by the timer. Plenty of space to pull in, vacuum after, and take your time detailing. I love that I can get in, do it myself, and drive away with a sparkling clean car. Definitely one of my favorite go-to wash spots in the area! Prices are reasonable as well. read more

Is it strange that I'm writing a review for a car wash??? Whatever, we're already here so this is what I've got to say: 10/10 would recommend. This was a very good carwash for $8. After we finish our wash we drive around the side to take advantage of the vacuums (included in the price of the wash!) There's lights and flashing things and it gets the car clean for under ten dollars. It's everything I want in a car wash. read more

I frequently use the Aliante location as it's close to where I live. The car wash is good but lately there has been issues with the vacuums having low pressure. I brought it to one of their staff members attention and it's still an issue. Great service other than the issue I pointed out. read more

NO ATTENDANT ON SITE!!!! I didn't see any attendant on-site when I was making a purchase. I thought someone would come out when I was pulling my car in but NOPE! NOONE. Had a good experience here. Not the ~best~ car wash for $12. I've been to others where they more freebies for a lesser price. But this did the job! Car was dirty and came out clean. It was an easy experience. They had one attendant assisting. And free vacuums. It seems to get busy at night but thankfully it didn't affect my time there. read more

DO NOT USE: This is the worst car wash I think I've ever. Their crappy brushes in the car wash tore off the back of my drivers side mirror, and BROKE off all the clips on the bottom of the mirror, so it won't stay on. My drivers mirror is an original part, and it says NOTHING about not being responsible for breaking your original parts off. I was going to replace it myself until I found out that it sold as one unit, and it's not meant to come apart. Toyota gave me a quote for $1300 and now this whole thing has turned into something else. I called corporate and asked to talk to Kevin ( the boss) and all I keep getting is, I will have to send him yet ANOTHER EMAIL. Really???? I have been trying to work with them for 1.5 months , and still to date, Kevin hasn't even made 1 call to me or has he even tried to work anything out. I would STAY AWAY from Uncle Rayski's Car Wash, for lack of service, professionalism, and the lack of ability to stand be kind their services that clearly damage vehicles. I posted my review about their car wash scratching my new truck on 4-8-21, I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and to this Day I have not received any response from this place, no apologies , no contact what so ever!!!! they haven't even responded to the bbb yet, so for anyone taking your car to Uncle Rayskis Magic car wash, Don't!!!! NOTHING MAGIC about it, unless you don't mind getting scratches on your car, absolute terrible customer service!!!! I even called the store and the manager told me that she had sent in the video of my truck in the car wash and that they would get back to me the next day!!!! it's now a week later still nothing, seems like they tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing about it hoping it goes away!!!! Lets face it, we all need to clean our, car everyday. To keep every nook and cranny. Not easy with the summer weather, worth every penny.

Sad. Just sad. I went to fill up and get a car wash. The wash stopped with my car in it. There were three workers present. I asked for a refund. No one knew how to give refund. The owner could not be located. After my sudsy car was inspected, I was asked to come back the next day. I asked for a refind. The car behind me received no wash after paying either and had remained in the store requesting a refund. Upon reentering the store, I found a man was in the store requesting a refund for being double charged. We were told to come back. I asked for a refund for the third time. The clerk who inspected asked for my receipt. It was in the clerk's hand because she took it while attempting to call the owner. She was trying to deny a refund for no proof of payment. I pointed to the receipt. The wash would not have started without payment. The suds in and of themselves were proof. The people who were in the car behind me had to pull up their banking on an app. After much screaming, refunds were issued. However, it should never have come to that or a request to come back. Personnel should be properly trained and equipment should be working. This is just today's fiasco. Will try NOT to go back. read more

I paid for the most expensive wash, around $12. It's a really cool experience, the lights, the foam and okay customer service. They help by taking your card and inserting it in the machine (not necessary but nice). They help a little by speaking the front of the car off but they only are about 60% efficient. They never get the passenger side that great. The wash isnt very effective unless your car has been recently cleaned. But if you're going to the car wash your vehicle is probably pretty dirty. Dont expect the mirrors to get cleaned or the bottom half of your vehicle either. The back is always spotty as well. The drying isnt great either and no one works at this wash to hand dry your vehicle. My advice, if you're coming here for a wash I'd pay for the cheapest one and understand that the wash wont get everything but will do a fair job. read more

I enjoy the free vacuum service, but once I went for car wash I was second in line, the attendant left and never returned. So after a 20min wait stuck in line I called inside the Arco gas station that runs this car wash. She asked where the attendant was and let her know he just left. She then let me know he'd be back shortly. After another bit of a wait the woman running the inside had to come out and clean the cars up and get the line moving. read more

Super sweet workers. They do an awesome job washing the cars. I love love love how they have free vacuums. I also like how they have "rain checks" so if it rains within a certain time of your car wash you can get another one for free. Inexpensive and easy to use. I love this car wash. :) read more

This is a great drive thru car wash! The attendants are always very kind and helpful. They explain everything to you and I've never had a problem. If you need a deep cleaning-thorough car wash, maybe go to the type of place that hand washes your car, but this is my go-to location for a quick wash! I usually just need a quick rinse and I always get the 11.99 one. I love this car wash and highly recommend it! read more

My 17 yr. Old daughter went in for a carwash, in middle of wash, the machine broke down. I understand that these things happen, however, it was the treatment afterward that has me upset and her in tears. She went inside and was just stared at by the female clerk after telling her what happened and it took another employee to direct her to give my daughter another car wash. And literally sent her on her way with an extremely soapy, sudsy car. With the sun as bright as it is today, the reflection from the soap made it impossible to see and her brakes were sticking. (1 yr old car, never happened before). They informed her she can go to Decatur location to finish wash. She was dismissed and left feeling like she did something wrong asking for a refund.(which she did not receive) She received nothing, not even an apology for the fact that she now has to go 5 miles out of her way and back to get the soap off the car. Funny part is, they handed her the "car wash slip" and said "its on the house". Not quite, she paid for the car wash, you didn't deliver. She should have received more for the trouble she now faced. On the bright side, the Decatur location was extremely apologetic and made her feel better. read more
