The equipment does not work, turns itself off automatically without warning after you applied their wax so you get dirt sticking in the wax. There is NO sign warning you will have a limited time to wash. It just says the clock will tick up when paying with card and to press the button when you are done. NO, THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS! The switch does not work so sometimes you get the program next to the one you selected. The car was seems to be run by some type of HOA Karen because they have a lot of signs how you must clean out your wash booth for the next customer and stuff AND NOT PLAY ANY LOUD MUSIC. WTF, this is Las Vegas, let people have their car culture, let people stop at the car wash and play music, enjoying car life is what life is about. That would never bother me, on the contrary. The owner of this car wash is probably more of a bus person? Despite of all the anal signs, they did not spend money on making signs for what matters, i.e. how they configured their system regarding credit card payment. Ok where do I start!!! I really wanted to like this car wash because it's up the street from me. But it's nearly impossible. Car wash does crappy work. I've had to get out my car knock on the door and have the attendant come out and look at my car to show them the crappy job. The free towel is always out! There is hardly never an attendant on premises to report issues. My fiancé likes to hand wash his car. The self bay washes are usually dirty. The equipment doesn't work or is out of soap. AND The tokens are literally a rip off! It's like $1 for 30 seconds!! And they never work!! On another occasion I ran my car thru the touch less wash and it broke while we were inside. Some metal cord came loose came flush and hit my car. We reported it and it was taken care of. Another occasion but this time in the touch car wash I believe the car wash Jets chipped the paint to my car. So check your paint jobs when using the touch wash. Needles to say I'm not coming back! Honestly, I go to Craig car wash. Yes it's a little more expensive but the guys do a SUPERB job and my vehicle looks 100 which is what matters to me. I was here to wash my car since my partner usually comes here and really likes it. Unfortunately I won't be returning. As I was finishing up drying my doors the worker came up and asked I moved. I advise I just got done using my blower and their blower to ensure I didn't take up THAT much time and I'd be moving in a few min. I asked that he give me two min which he then said the person behind me had been waiting which I understand I had been waiting as well. I told him I had JUST finish up with the car and needed two mins. He then pointed to my stuff that I brought from home (drying rags, a hand blower, and a bucket) and made a face. I wasn't sitting here cleaning the inside of my car or detailing my rims. I simply scrubbed my rims with the brush they had, used their soap, their spot free rinse, my blower and theirs together, and I also BROUGHT a plus one to help me move faster! He also said they had been receiving calls, which is hard to believe, because I tried to call the number to reach your manager in regards to the employees attitude, and was unable to get through. It didn't even ring. I understand people don't wanna wait. Neither do I, but the lack of understanding from the employee was ridiculous and uncalled for. They have an app, which isn't super intuitive, but easy enough to use. It's clean, everything works, and it's priced fairly. I signed up for the monthly unlimited package... Great deal! I'm there at least once a week and my Beemie Baby loves it... Wish they had the "new" ceramic option for the monthly plan. I usually use the soft touch wash rather than the touchless because I think it does a better job. (I know car detailers and luxury car owners of a certain ilk frown on commercial car washes, because of recycled water, detergents and a zillion other factors, but I think most modern car finishes can handle commercial washes at least out here where there are not a lot of rust issues). Anywho.... Great wash, the "free" disposable towel dealie even worked today. Negatives.... I wish there were tire/rim brushes as part of the process since the side brushes can't get in the nooks and crannies. Also, 60 seconds for drying is just about right, personally I'd like 90-120 seconds just to be sure.... But all in all, pretty good deal if you wash your car frequently. read more

This car wash is very clean! Plenty of room to go from the car wash to the vacuum area and plenty of wash bays. The car wash I used was the no touch drive thru. It did just an ok job. I still had areas that should have come out clean and didn't. But it also isn't the worst one I have used. I guess the question is, would I come here again? That answer is yes. My cars can only go through Touch-less washes so finding this place really makes me happy! If I don't have time to sit and take it to Windy City I can easily run to this place from my house in less than 15 mins. I love how you can pay with a card and after you make your selection you can press a button to get a free large towel! The wash does an excellent job! I don't even need the free towel, but hey, its good to have when there are some water drops on side mirrors or in a tiny crevice. If you are close by, come here, you will be impressed! There are three parts to this review, all around the automated car washes: EverWash, which is the "scan your phone" monthly payment process. I like it, but it's not reliable. Twice I've shown up and scanned a code only to find that it wouldn't take despite having paid for the month. The first time the gal mentioned that they were having known issues. The second I didn't report because I didn't really need the wash. But it's fickle, and it's unfortunate, because while it's not a "lot" of money, it needs to work if it's something I'm paying for. Touchless Car Wash, which is the one on the left. This one sprays your car with chemicals and water to get it clean. I've only done this wash twice, and in both situations the car came out cleaner, but not CLEAN clean. Especially on the kick panels, headlights and fenders. But this wash seemed to do a better job on rims and tires than the other one, for some reason. Touch Car Wash, which is the one on the right that uses the same sprays, but also has roller bristles to actually scrub the car down gently. From my experience it wasn't harsh on paint or finish or anything, and I may be overthinking it but it felt like it took longer maybe? I also wasn't impressed with how it did rims. I give it 3 stars primarily because of the fickleness of EverWash. That really needs to be fixed. I also would like to see them add at least one more automated wash; so have two Touchless and one Touch because there are times when I get there and they're both full; but this is a minor thing. read more

Token machine claims to accept quarters, however it doesn't. I had no cash, so I used my debit card. I was charged $10 for a short hand wash, and the receipt provider listed does not work. Very convenient for them, as now I have no way to dispute the charges and they get to make off with my money. read more

The last two times I have used the touch less drive thru wash I was over charged. I chose the $10 wash but was charged for the $14 wash. I like the wash and have had no problems besides the overcharging. It's an inconvenience calling my bank to dispute $4. I have used this wash many times before and never had this problem. *Update* It has happened again. I went and purchased the $10 touch less wash and was charged for the $14 wash. I looked at my credit card activity and it showed two pending charges, one for $10 and another for $14. I gave it a few days to post and sure enough the $14 charge posted. read more

My favorite carwash in Las Vegas. I stopped in for the self-wash, swiped my card inside the bay and was out in less than 10 minutes with a fresh Lexus. Cost 9 dollars and I will only go to touch less car washes so that it doesnt mess with the paint. Great value for your dollar. read more

Had no issues with the self wash. The vaccums had good suction unlike other self service car washes. There was hardly anyone there and you had alot of room to self wash and the vaccum area. They also had a general use sink area, I assume to wash mats that need a deep clean. But they also advertised pet bath as well. I have been going to this car wash for years. They offer a brush and brush-less automatic car wash along with a self service areas as well. I have never had any issues. All the supplies from the pressure washer, brush, vacuums, etc are always functioning and in great condition. The facility is always clean and up kept. However, they have exceeded my expectation because I had accidentally dropped/lost a personal item in one of the car wash bays and I didn't realize it until later in the day. I had returned and inspected the bay, trash, and gas station but my item was not turned in. Days later one of the associates had come to me personally to return my items with everything still intact accounted for since it was found by one of the other employees. With their honesty, I will continue to conduct business there and wash my vehicles there. read more

Went there the other day with 2 cars. Picked the $7 for both. It didn't even completely wash my van. When I checked my account it was pending for $10. Now it cleared and they charged me $14 for each car. This is the second time this has happened. Sent message and no reply and the phone number doesn't work. I called in and the employee apologized and suggested I use the wash on the right with the rubber bristles and gave me a free wash.
