The all you can eat sushi menu is phenomenal. It is $29.99 per person, which, I get it, that's a lot. Sushi isn't cheap though. I get the veggie rolls and then a side of chicken costume and eat them together so it's like I have chicken Katsu roll and it's all you can eat so who can beat that. I did notice the second time I came here the chicken Katsu did seem a little thinner than the first time, but it was still tasty and I enjoyed it. First let me say that I am used to eating the best sushi back home in CA. But, I am going to rate this place independently for what it is. For AYCE and a reasonable price, Wow Sushi is actually pretty good. I would say it's middle of the pack quality. We ordered a bunch of Nigiri and cut rolls. The Nigiri (salmon, yellowtail, white fish and smoke salmon) was the best of the sushi. Unfortunately, we ordered way too much expecting the size to be much smaller. The problem was each piece had way too much rice. Like twice as much as it should have. It was the first time I have been to a sushi restaurant where we had to leave rice behind. I'm glad they didn't charge us for it. Service was good with filling orders. There was a little wait, but considering how many people were in the restaurant, was very reasonable. The other things we got - lettuce salad, seaweed salad, eggrolls and gyoza were good; nothing special. However, the miso soup was terrible; it had a weird taste, maybe because it was extremely watered down. I found this strange as miso soup is super easy to make and cheap. OKC metropolitan area doesn't have a lot of AYCE sushi, so when I was craving sushi, this place definitely satisfied my craving. It's as good as you can get for an all you can eat situation but as someone that isn't too picky, I can't complain. Their appetizers are surprisingly, really good--my go to is the crab rangoon. As for the actual sushi, I personally skip on the specialty rolls and stick to the Nigiri and sashimi of course salmon is always the way to go! Decided to check out this place because everyone has been raving about the only all you can eat sushi in the Edmond/OKC area. Although it wasn't horrible, the sushi was not that fresh and I'd rather pay a little more at a non-all you can eat sushi place for better quality. We also did not know that on Saturdays, the lunch price is the same as the dinner price on weekdays which was a huge bummer... most of the other AYCE sushi places I've been to in other cities/states honor lunch prices on Saturdays. We started off with some crab Rangoon and gyoza. I am not a fan of pan fried gyoza and wish there was an option for steamed. However, the filling was good. The crab Rangoon was cute.. tiny and filled with good flavor. Not heavy and overwhelming like most places, so it was a perfect app for an AYCE place. For sushi, we ordered the spicy tuna nigiri (one roll per order), a yellow tail nigiri, the fantasy and OKC roll, and a spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll. First of all, on the menu they list the nigiri as "sushi" and say it's one piece per order... does not say it has rice which would therefore make it nigiri. The spicy tuna nigiri was 1/4 spicy tuna and 3/4 rice. The yellowtail was soft, but lacked freshness. The OKC and Fantasy rolls were good. The spicy tuna roll was very very pasty and flavorless, and the spicy salmon was just way too small. Overall, I don't think this place is that great for $24.99 AYCE price. Come try it during a weekday lunch got $15.99 and see if you like it. I would have been more satisfied if our bill hadn't been $50 for sushi that was ehh. read more

Great value for the price. I would give it four stars, but since it's the only AYCE sushi place in OKC that serves somewhat high quality food that I'm aware of, I'll give it a five. The other options are pretty sketchy. I've seen some criticisms for which I'll give my input below. Time to be seated - We arrived at peak time (Friday around 6:30) and could have been seated immediately but chose to wait for a booth. They were cleaning tables relatively fast and this only took about 5 minutes. Time to be greeted - We were offered drinks and given a menu immediately. When we finished our first round, multiple waitstaff offered us another menu for round 2. Time to be served - Our food was semi-slow, but since I saw some comments about how slow it was, it was actually faster than I expected. They have a somewhat small sushi bar and the chefs were working constantly, so seems like a reasonable time to wait for the food. Portion size - This is a bizarre criticism for an AYCE place. The small portion size is actually beneficial because it lets you try more things with less commitment. I really enjoyed how the appetizers came in super small quantities so you could try a little of everything. The bite-sized nigiri were perfect for the satisfaction of eating a million of them whole. Quality - The fish quality was good and it was room temperature, which is what it should be traditionally. There's nothing I hate more than getting a still defrosting piece of raw fish. I don't like the OKC trend of mixing the tempura flakes in with the spicy fish mixes; it takes away from the taste of the fish and also makes me suspicious of quality. It's a minor criticism though since this seems to be somewhat normal in OKC. Variety - I loved how you could order warm entrees in the AYCE. I didn't notice anything on the menu really that was restricted, though I didn't read every single item. Conclusion - We really enjoyed ourselves and will return as long as there is not a drop in quality, which unfortunately is common for AYCE sushi places. read more

First all you can eat SUSHI place located within our area, so we decided to try it on a whim. We took a pic of the receipt so we knew what rolls we liked for next time. The place is small, and we were seated right away. What we liked is that it was customizable sushi rolls. If anyone has ever been to an AYCE, it's limited and whatever you order is what it is. This was a good compromise of both. Whatever they have on the menu is what you can choose from, meaning some sushi places have specialty rolls that cost a little more and are not available on an AYCE menu. If you came to this restaurant during their non AYCE times, the menu would be exactly the same, and you are able to customize it! The menu also included soups and salads to your content, so if you're like me, I definitely ordered miso soup and the salad with the ginger dressing. Service was decent, and we were in and out fairly quickly. We think our server was a little busy as she had several other tables, but there were plenty of people making sushi. Overall, we would def go back! It's a little further than we would travel, but the pricing was good! Typically, we spend $75-$80 on sushi for 3 rolls and an appetizer. Seven of us went to dinner last night to celebrate my nephew's 18th birthday. My sister and my daughter who is only 2 years old both had the house salad. They opened back up at 4:30 and we were there at 5 PM. We were the first people there after them reopening for the day. Before we even got halfway through our meal both of them got extreme food poisoning. Took us over an hour to get home because we had to keep stopping because they were sick. They were sick all night long and into today. We contacted the manager, and they completely dismissed us and told us we were the only ones that had complained and that it wasn't from them. It was from them, because my sister and daughter were the only two that had the house salad. Nobody else did and we were all fine. I'm extremely disappointed in the service especially spending over $200 on the all you can eat sushi! Wow Sushi offers you a chance to do just that with their all you can eat menu which is only $15.99 during the week and $24.99 on weekends. Plus, it is even cheaper for kids! The rules are fairly simple and they give you a guided menu to explain. You essentially mark everything you want to order including appetizers, rolls, nigiri etc and then they will take it and bring you what you ordered as a "course". Once you have finished the course you can order more, but the catch is that whatever you are unable to finish, it will be billed at the full menu price. Also, if you ask for substitutions that could affect the price. We visited on a Saturday evening, around 6:30 pm (right as the OU game was starting!) and it was surprisingly not very busy. Knowing that the sushi was our priority we only ordered a few appetizers which were fried gyoza, crab rangoon, and miso soup. Each were enjoyable the gyoza was crispy and the crab rangoon's ratio of filling to exterior was excellent. They offer a few nigiri options which are labeled as single pieces of sushi and we chose a tamago (egg omelette) and eel. We ordered a variety of full sushi rolls, some 6 pieces and most 8 pieces. In total we had 55 pieces of sushi for two of us. After researching other people's experiences we wanted to make sure to order enough without having to wait a long time between courses. It turns out our eyeball estimates were right on par with our stomach's max capacity! So we did not even need to order a second course. My favorites were the OKC and Edmond rolls which got bonus points for their local names. They both were listed as being spicy but it was not overwhelming at all, just a nice flavor. I do not consider myself a sushi expert, but I have eaten my fair share locally and even a couple of times in Japan. While some could probably nitpick the preparation or toppings, the sushi chefs here do a respectable job with their rolls and for the price it really feels like a great deal. The AYCE sushi is good for the price. Not very fresh sushi, but it's okay. The workers are super friendly, but when we went there was only one sushi chef making all the sushi. We got there around 7:10PM and didn't leave until about 9:30PM. Make sure to order everything you want all at once, or expect to wait another 30mins, but also make sure to order the amount you are able to completely finish, or else you'll be charged for the item(s) not eaten. There's also chicken nuggets, fries, and corn dogs on the menu which I appreciated since, I brought my youngest child with us. My little one very much enjoyed the noodles, gyoza, nuggets, and fries. They even limited others from coming in (1 hr before they closed) to make sure that their current tables could get taken care of so THUMBS UP for the service. The reason why it takes so long for your food to come out is because they fulfill orders per table instead of per type of order. Keep in mind that each table will order a lot since it's AYCE.
