There is also a small parking lot directly behind the store with about 18 parking spaces. When entering the store from the parking area, you are greeted with a friendly hello at the reception counter. Here you will be asked some questions about the reason for your visit. They handle a lot of situations at this Verizon location. Everything from accessories, new phones, notebooks, Laptops, to mobile phone connections and plans. I was surprised to hear that they handle a number of corporate accounts. After waiting a few minutes, a consultant led me to a desk for a "how can I assist you" interview. After explaining that my phone was old and not always reliable, I needed a new phone. All my phones lately have been Samsungs so the new Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra was my choice. After making my choice, Yaz went to the back and brought out the phone and papers to go over. I appreciated the explanation of the options that were available and checking my wireless plan to make sure that I was getting the most for my money. I also asked for help transferring all of the information from my old phone to my new phone. After making sure that I had no other questions, I paid my bill and was on my way home with a brand new phone. The whole experience took about an hour. Yaz was the perfect consultant. First this is not an authentic ATT Corporate Owned Store. It is a licensed ATT retailer. This was…read morenot made clear in any signage on the ATT logo nor was the staff transparent about this. From the onset this might not seem like an issue but it is. They don't have access to the proper ATT backend like the actual company store. The employees tried to help but the were incompetent, could not get the job done. Repeated the process 3 to 4 times and lock out the ATT account with a fraud flag in the process. The tricky part here is that the store looks just like the corporate ATT store. I personally would avoid and if you are looking for a Corporate ATT store, there's one near by in Hasting Ranch or on Rosemead. Don't get messed up with the wrong people.

If you have any questions or problems, she'll try to help you solve it. I've had multiple problems from things like phone defects (thanks, Samsung, so reliable), to random glitches with texting and internet service, and a few minor things like turning off wifi calling and screen rotation. Most of the time I'm here, it's simply because of something wrong with the phone/service, and she's been very helpful every time. The only real reason this place gets docked a star is simply because of how retarded T-Mobile can be with their operations, especially with the roundabout delivery of the Galaxy S4, as if it's too dangerous to deliver it directly and have us pick it up there. I mean, seriously, we have to go there anyway for a new SIM card. I don't even think people know this place exists, unless they're contracted here, 'cause nobody really pays attention to anything on this corner or section of Main St. for that matter. Seriously, T-Mobile would lose a lot of customers if they didn't have people like her working everyday ironing out all of the issues. She also graciously validates parking. I came in late afternoon to have her inspect my older Samsung phone. Parts took two days to arrive; if you go early enough, they sometimes come the next day. She orders Samsung screens made in Korea. They are not OEM, but mine passed the fingerprint sensor configuration test, which is important. You want to see if the screen's sensitivity is working properly. If you don't want fingerprint login, just delete it after the test. There's a 90-day warranty. I returned two days later. She installed the replacement screen and camera while I waited in the lobby. There's a comfortable black couch and a nice view of shoppers at The Paseo. She really rescued this phone. Another shop had damaged the camera while replacing a cracked screen and sold me a knockoff that developed vertical lines in under a year and wasn't touch-sensitive. Jessica replaced that non-Korea screen and fixed the camera. If you need Samsung repair, go to Cosmo. Apparently , Apple will charge around $500 or more based on the damage for screen repairs. I was considering buying a new laptop but I love this one. This place has a small parking lot but there is plenty of street parking. I was given the quote of $300 for the repair. Since, I went on a Saturday I picked up my laptop on Monday since the screen had to be ordered. My laptop is now in perfect condition after the screen repair.
