When, I returned the following day 3/15/22 @ 11:15am - there were 2 young ladies working . Unfortunately, I didn't get the shorter one's name who began assisting me. I told her I was interested in getting my brother a new phone - the Sam Sung A12. . I gave her his phone #, input the code , his name. I had also brought him with me, but he has a very difficult time walking as he's paralyzed on his left side , so he had to sit down. She brought the phone on the counter & I saw it. It was blue. I showed her that ,when I pulled up the Cricket app if he was an current customer upgrading his phone the price was $99.99. She said she had to confirm this with Eric , so she was trying to call him. I turned around to talk to my brother & she said we don't have inventory & she had taken the phone off the counter & put it underneath , or somewhere else! She was speaking Chinese with her colleague with glasses & they both denied that it was on the counter! Unbelievable!!! So underhanded & unscrupulous !!! If they were my employees they would be terminated for this behavior and horrendous poor customer service!!! Do not waste your time at this location - they have horrible customer service!!! It does not even deserve 1 star

No sign, no nothing. I understand emergencies happen, but that's when other staffers need to step up and at least put up a sign. It would also be nice if staff knew all technologies they sell, regardless of whether they personally have an iPhone or Android. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and between this and the sharply deteriorating phone AND internet service -- and the complete unwillingness of Boost to provide competent technical support via web, phone OR store, if you wonder why you're losing customers -- this is why.

Unexpectedly ended up having to wait several hours due to: 1) main technician wasn't scheduled until later in the day 2) they had to order parts and pick it up from another location. After several hours of waiting (almost 8 hours) they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my phone and suggested to just purchase a new phone. The entire process was stressful and it was a big inconvenience of having to wait for different factors to come together, but the associates were very kind, and friendly throughout the entire process and didn't end up charging me for my time.

Feliciano was the consummate professional. He made my shopping experience better than I ever could…read morehave expected. I had ordered four pairs of glasses on Oakley's website and had them all shipped to the Arcadia store (the one by Nordstrom). Feliciano examined each pair carefully for defects and found one pair with a scratch from the factory. He immediately resolved the matter by refunding the cost and placing a new order for me and ensuring that the price was the same as the returned pair, which had a promo attached to it. He also taught me how to change out the nose pieces for another pair by demonstration. Feliciano did the perfect job. This is further confirmed by another review I see here on Yelp for Feliciano. His coworker who helped out looking for a replacement pair from store inventory was also top notch. Lastly, their presentation was top tier. Feliciano packaged everything up in this awesome bag with all glasses neatly lined up in their individual boxes. Could not have asked for a better experience! You can trust this store.

Unfortunately, my in-store experience was disappointing. When my husband and I walked in, no one greeted us or offered assistance. I even made eye contact with an employee near the front, but she didn't acknowledge us, so I initially assumed she was a customer. As we continued walking through the store, multiple employees passed by without saying anything. After a few minutes, I realized the person at the front was in fact an employee, which is when I decided to leave. I did mention the situation to someone before leaving (it was difficult to tell who worked there since no one was wearing name tags), and I was told they usually have a greeter and that the employee "didn't see me." As a customer who came in ready to make a purchase--and even wearing the brand--it was a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, it left me feeling unwelcome and has made me reconsider shopping with Alo in the future. After looking at other reviews I see that I am not alone in this. ALO definitely doesn't seem to care about customer service at all and it looks like good customer service is not a company value

We wandered looking for some jogging pants and assorted sweats but the selection was not great . The prices overall were also higher. After a while and seeing that no salesperson was coming our way for help, even though the store was not super busy, we left disappointed. We will try the century city one even if it means a long drive.
