At that point, they finally text back to my reminder text from the night before that they ignored to say that they can't make it because they have a dentist's appointment. At first, we did 3 hours deep cleaning for our 5 bathrooms and kitchen for moving in. Two ladies…read morecame and basically sprayed chemicals inside of my fridge and 1 bathroom floor and never wiped them. They made a mass on the floor with the drips of water all the way. They chatted for 3 hours inside of our 3rd floor bathroom doing nothing and left. The main office was nice enough to send 3 ladies to do re-cleaning. And the horror story began. 3 ladies who came knew nothing about cleaning. They had a metal mob that they kept on hitting hard on my walls to break. They didnt wipe the floor while leaving it wet. Their wet foot prints were over my floor. They didn't care about our bathroom fixtures at all. They opened and shut so hard on all my glass doors and cabinets. I was afraid they were going to break them. One lady kept on touching my newly painted wall with her dirty hand leaving dark marks. I told her really nicely she was leaving the marks. She completely ignored me and kept on doing so. She also shook off all the dirt she picked up from window seals back on my floor instead of putting them inside of the trash can. When I told her in an extremely polite way (with a smile), she got so upset and screamed at another lady in Spanish and shook off her wipe all over. (I really think this person should get fired) Three ladies took their time chatting and laughing not focusing on cleaning. The horror story goes on and on. I had to reclean my entire house after they left erasing all the hand prints and foot prints they left including the dirts from the window seals that person shook of all over. Maybe I was unlucky with both times with the specific ladies. I feel like I was harassed by these people. They come to your house and they don't even keep the basic manner to respect it is someone else's home. Although Orga and Lori from the main office really tried to offer a great service, my experience was beyond being horrible. It's unfortunate because I really wanted to hire them as my regular cleaning service. Until they hire cleaning ladies who have basic manner to respect other people's home, I'd keep looking for other options.
