It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

He said they had some tows scheduled early in the afternoon & would call before on their way for mine. I ended up calling around 4 to check if they only accept cash for tows & Chris explained he would be there in about 15-20 minutes & that they have no way to run credit cards from the truck, so only cash would be accepted. When they came to pick up my car, it was all downhill lol. My car hadn't moved in 2-3 months. The brakes had locked and it couldn't get pushed onto the truck. We also tried jumper cables to jump it but that didn't work because the gas was a little low & again it hasn't been started for awhile. Chris & his buddy hooked up the car with a chain and steered it on to the truck. $60 (6miles total) my car was on it's way to the shop. Since my car was just a drop off at mechanic , I didn't have to be there / ride with them but it was nice to know the option was there. Thanks again guys!!!!
