Again, whatever, I need my car and I'm held hostage by the shop so I approve the work. Well now there's continuing electrical issues with my car directly relating to the technicians bad crimp job on the harness they replaced and made me pay for. So I have to bring the car back to get fixed, do not get a courtesy vehicle, and get talked down the whole time I'm there. Come like 3 days after I finally get my car back I found two giant lugs left in my wiper area, cracking the inside of the plastic. I drove my vehicle to them for an inspection, and afterward I was given only two options: either pay to have my vehicle TOWED at my own expense, or spend thousands of dollars on repairs with them. The reason my vehicle could no longer be driven was because they broke a part of the brake system while working on it. What was even more unbelievable was that they refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I simply asked them to fix the part they had broken and return my vehicle to me in safe, drivable condition. They eventually repaired it, but I was still charged for the repair of the part that they had broken. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this place. I also find many of the positive reviews difficult to reconcile with my experience.
