There was one lady in front of me the receptionist was assisting. I politely asked for the sign-in sheet (was not asked to sign in. So I asked for myself). Afterwards, I was to "sit down and I'll call you up". The IPad I was given to complete registration on was filthy (not cleaned between patients). Once called in, my medical care provider rushed in for just a few minutes... and that was it. The nurse was the best part of my visit. She was kind, patient, helpful and friendly. There are several medical providers in the office building. I can only speak for the one I had and the service I received and saw for myself.
